We rented his property for a few of our employees, working in Seattle. They enjoyed their stay - said it was better than staying in a hotel. We thank Tim for his excellent communication and renting to us.

Why they chose this property
It's a beautiful home in a great neighborhood close to many things yet still residential. This can be rare to find in Ballard! Many gourmet restaurants and fun spots very close by. Check out just two blocks away Rupee, Copine, Olaf's pub & Green Grocer. A little bit further french bakery Besalu (named a top french bakery in N. America by the New York Times)! If you need a good burger go to Olaf's! A very friendly place with a full bar, beer and cider on tap and some cool pinball machines in back.
