This property was perfect for our family. Wonderful location. We wanted easy and close access to the beach, and this property couldn't have been better for that. The house was comfortable and spacious. We loved the black-out curtains in the bedrooms, which allowed us to rest well during the week. We highly recommend this property!

The house was really nice and the gulf view was just amazing! Very relaxing atmosphere! The house just being right there just over the sand dune on the beach was perfect! Linda was really great communicating from the start of booking until checkout! We will most definitely be back to stay! Thank you Linda!

It's just OK, there's nothing really notable about it. The very basic interior is fully equipped and clean, with the exception of the master shower glass and floor which needs deep cleaned.Although it is golf front, you can't see the beach/shoreline from the deck/balcony of these 2 story units as the protective dune has been raised since they were built. Not a huge issue because you can still see the ocean in the distance, but not being able to watch the water breaking on the beach from the balcony/porch was quite disappointing. I would have liked to have known this fact before I chose the property, as it definitely would have factored into my rental choice. The garage was handy to keep the salt off our car, however having access to a remote control opener would have been nice.The wooden dune walk over was convenient and well kept.Overall, a solid 3 out of 5 stars.

Beautiful inside and out. Very convenient and well worth the time we had in FL. Highly recommend. We’ve stayed in a lot of VRBO’s and this one didn’t have a single issue from toilet to fridge, wash machine to dishwasher. It was a fantastic place to stay. Super easy to get to the beach as well.

Linda was very helpful and kind enough to adjust our dates as circumstances changed. The condo is so convenient for back and forth to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It provided a quiet and relaxing respite at this time of the year.

Perfect beach location

Second year in a row staying at Linda's and just as good of an experience as last time. Well-appointed house right on the beach with ample parking and rooms. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Stunning views and a peaceful week unwinding. Clean and tastefully decorated / furnished . Very roomy for two couples. Large balcony. Beach felt very private. Bonus for this pilot was the training traffic from NAS Pensacola .
