This unit is outdated and overpriced. The carpet stunk when we arrived and we never had hot water in one of the bathrooms. In addition, the rental company will look for any way to price gouge you. It’s not worth it; just don’t do it.

The property is very outdated and is not worth the price to stay. The condo does have beach access as advertised, and they were quick to respond, but the property needs a complete overhaul to compete with any other condos in the complex. We had 4 families staying in different units and our was by far the worst. Upon check-in we were notified that pest control was coming to our unit to spray that week, which I felt was unprofessional.Beyond that the condition of the condo is absolutely unacceptable for the price I paid. Everything is outdated and in a state of disrepair. Even the pictures and curtains are stained and hung crooked. The storage in the master bedroom is fabric collapsible cubes. The carpet is stained and disgusting. There are stains and brown and red grime/dirt/unknown substances on many walls, doors, and in the kitchen. The seal to the front door is cracking and falling off. The showers spray all directions and leak from the handles when running. The drain was broke in the sink in the master bathroom and I had to remove the drain plug to allow water to drain. When doing so I found out the drain was covered in black mold. The TV in the smaller bedroom would not work without a remote, which was broken. Maintenance came and repaired the showers, but overall I would not recommend this property.

Close to the beach and clean

This condo was close to beach. The kids enjoyed the pool area. It was perfect for a family of 4. Only dislike is no laundry area is wide the condo but there is one on each floor level.

Nice, clean & comfortable

This condo was nice. Kitchen was well stocked, coffee maker, microwave, blender, mixer, plenty of cooking utensils. Only downside was no laundry inside condo, only community laundry. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Very nice property. Laundry not in room but on each floor (pay w/card) made it easy. Parking lot spaces were rather small which made it a little difficult to park our large pickup truck.

Lied to

Prior to making the reservation I called and asked if it was EASY ACCESS TO BEACH & POOL for my 86 year old grandmother (has had triple bypass)and was told yes and the whole week she was inside UNABLE TO GO TO EITHER ONE. It was terrible for her and it was suppose to be an enjoyable trip for her.
