Set on a 22-acres of Waikiki Beach, this lively high-rise hotel in 5 towers is a 13-minute walk from Hawaii Convention Center and 3 miles from downtown Honolulu. Our Upscale 2 bedroom offer custom-designed beds and balcony, 37-inch flat-screen TVs and WiFi. Pull-out sofa. Amenities include 20 restaurants and lounges (including an oceanfront steakhouse), a saltwater lagoon, 5 pools, waterslides, a spa, plus a fitness room, business center and meeting space. Over the top, customer service!

The property was fantastic – just as described. Top-of-the-line in every way. But what really blew us away was the customer service! So responsive in every way – I could not ask for more. We will absolutely work with this reputable and hard-working company again!

Average enough

This condo was fine. Nothi no fabulous for sure but comfortable enough. What we didn’t enjoy the most was the property itself. The property was crazy packed with people. Elevators were old and crammed and always full. Parking was annoying. Definitely not the spot if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation. On top of that, there happened to be a strike on property while we were there so that just added to the noise and chaos. Will probably stick to zoo Olina when we come to Oahu in the future.

Amazing stay

We loved our stay at this condo - super clean with full kitchen. So many hotels have "freezers" that don't actually work which is crucial for traveling with our infant. I was easily able to sterilize everything on the stovetop and felt right at home. IN addition the Grand Islander tower has it's own pool on the 3rd floor with a section that's padded that's only 6inches deep. IDEAL for introducing our baby to water for the first time she loved it! Only about 10 people there since it's exclusive to this tower. Much less stimulating compared to the big pools which are better for older kids. Booking/communication was really easy as well and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommend for traveling with kids! Probably best for kids a bit older who can enjoy all the hustle and bustle of the Hilton village but regardless we all had a wonderful time!

Nice resort if that’s your thing…

Property is nice and we had a good time, however, the resort style vacation grates on me after a day or two. I get tired of the crowds and overpriced everything. The fold out couch-bed in this unit was AWFUL. There’s no understating how truly bad this bed is…the springs in the mattress are barely covered by a thin material. It should not even be offered as a reasonable place to sleep, especially for teens or adults.

Great place to spend my 65th Birthday!!

When I first made the reservations and they told me the only unit the had available the dates I wanted was a mountain view vs an ocean view.I said OK sounds good. I am SO GLAD we had the mountain/city view. It was BEAUTIFUL DAY AND NIGHT. We also had a balcony off our bedroom with a small ocean view. We walked everywhere. Great Restaurants all around the area. Thank you Michael for a great 7 days. Tony & Kimberly Lamb

Unit was very nice, property is huge. Pools were at capacity, beach chairs / umbrellas were great.
