It was a nice place to stay. The home was clean. Host was easy to communicate with, although there were a few miscommunications. Unfortunately, there are three units and the noise was very loud from the other units.

We stayed here as a family from Sunday through Friday, and it was perfect for our trip. I was working on the Stanford campus, which is just about 2 miles away and easily walkable. The location is also fantastic for exploring Palo Alto—downtown is an easy walk, and we enjoyed going out for dinner in the evenings. The house itself is comfy, quiet, and has relaxing décor that made it feel like a true home away from home. My son especially loved it, which made our stay even better. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

This was a wonderful property. Other than a snafu in communications getting check in instructions, the process was smooth and communications were good. The apartment was clean and well-stocked. We would happily stay there again.

Cozy And Quiet

My Wife had to have surgery at Stanford. This lovation was perfect. Clean, Quiet, and nice area to walk around. Plenty of food within walking distance as well as whole foods!!! Great stay will stay again for all our Stanford!!! Host was great and respined quickly to any and all questions or requests.

loved everything

10/10 experience Communication with owner was excellent, fast, easy. Appreciated the extras such as coffee, full kitchen, filtered water, etc. The rental was clean, super cute, and had all of the amenities including washer dryer! The neighborhood was cute, friendly, quiet. Parking space was nice but unfortunately our car did not fit in the space although this was a non-issue because the street parking is very easy and always available! Thank you for a great stay!

April is very communicative and prompt. Pros:a) The home is nice and cleanb) Cannot beat the location for the priceCons:a) A/C is only in one room. It was a hot day and we felt it in all the rooms but that one.b) The parking gods have to be nice to you to not scratch your car on the way in and out of the narrow spot with pillars around you (mine smiled and I got out ok - the scars on the pillar tell of less kind days to other residents). In defense of the property, many area homes have pillars around parking. This one was particularly close and made for more anxiety.

Very comfortable and clean

Nice apartment! We enjoyed our stay at the clean and well furnished home. Neighborhood was quiet and in a good location for seeing the area and commuting into San Francisco.

Nice location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Nice location. The only drawback was that the AC doesn't work and there are only 2 window AC units (living room and one of the bedrooms). The window units are pretty noisy and there was none in the second bedroom. Since it is an upstairs unit, it became quite stuffy in the late afternoon and opening the windows didn't cool the place down sufficiently. It would be good to have a couple of fans available.

Well equipped Palo Alto apartment

A lovely little two bed apartment which was well equipped and nicely presented. Everything worked well and as described. It is on the first floor of a little block of apartments but it's a short flight of stairs with good handrails. The parking was fine, we managed to squeeze a reasonable sized SUV in there with no problem. Overall we'd recommend this apartment and would return if we were in the area.

Nice little condo

Nice little condo. Parking is limited to one. There wasn’t a parking permit. Couch is comfy and beds were good. AC is limited to window units…hooding they work well when we come back this summer. Overall, as expected and great communication. Thank you!

Awesome location close to Stanford!

This property was in a beautiful neighborhood close to everything we needed! It was clean, cute, and had plenty of sleeping room for our family of five. The parking space was too small for our SUV, but there was street parking available. I also did not realize this is a second-floor apartment, but it all worked out well because we parked our vehicle right by the stairs to load and unload (we had a lot of luggage).

Great space for a family

We enjoyed staying here. It was especially nice that we could have our dog. It was clean and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We liked the convenience of visiting our daughter who is at Stanford without staying at a hotel. It’s about an 8 min drive to her apartment.
