This property is everything it is advertised to be. The house is in a great location, super clean, and very comfortable . Alex is super attentive and sets the example for how all properties on VRBO should be operated.

Great Team Base for Business Trip

The property had great common space, comfortable sleeping arrangements for four people. The pool was clean, the outdoor space had plenty of furniture and BBQ space. The property managers were very responsive on messages and the stay was a breeze. Would absolutely return again.

Great place

Great location, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything including beach and downtown. Very clean and a lot of room. Backyard space with pool was everything we wanted. Very clean but the kitchen lacked some essentials like cooking spray, salt and pepper, the little things but not a deal breaker. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend.

Perfect House and Location

Property Management company was very accommodating and responsive. We had to leave a different VRBO property on short notice and we were able to book and move into this house promptly. The house was clean, stocked and ready for us. Exactly how the house was listed. Couldn't have been happier.

Appreciation to the TEAM at VRBO for Incredible Support!

We THANK YOU for such a wonderful offering! Our first travel as grandparents, new parents and a six month old could not have been easier! Everything so clean and easy to manage! The pool was fantastic! The BBQ ready for us! All the kitchen tools were there for our use! I can go on and on! The support line was always "on" and we give special thanks to ALEX who was always available and so kind. We look forward to next time!

Great host communication but needs maintenance.

The house needs some basic repairs and asked us to use plastic ware by the pool, but did not provide any. The host was great and was able to accommodate things for us and the neighborhood was fantastic close to the beach and close to the airport.

Last Week

Overall I enjoy the property… Very clean and neighborhood very quiet… The one thing that spoiled my stay were the Iguanas.. I didn’t get a chance to get in the pool because they beat me to it… I wish I was warned about them so I could’ve prepared myself.

WOW!!!

My family and I hated to leave. The house was perfect, four bedrooms, well equipped with all the cooking utensil, condiments, restroom items, towels, detergent, everything you need and the pool was fantastic. We loved everything about this house .

If I had to say anything about our stay it was great other than the fact there could be a few updates the shower in the guest guest bathroom was only cold water and couldn’t turn the AC down past 70 it was too hot especially for sleeping and also two plugs in the kitchen didn’t work
