Clean unit convenient to the Quarter. Not much soundproofing between floors. Adequately supplied kitchen for eating most meals out. Great response time from management.
The unit was as expected. We were just a few blocks to Bourbon Street. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The bathrooms were a little small but doable. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything you need to be able to cook. We enjoyed the patio as well in the evenings. We will definitely use again if we ever come back to the area. The access to get in was very easy and we felt very safe.
I liked the floor plan, the layout of the apartment. I wanted two bedrooms with two bathrooms, and both were satisfactory. I also liked the commons area which was roomy and pleasant. Other amenities, ceiling fans, fridge, microwave, dishwasher while becoming standard amenities were in great working order. I liked that the apartment was stocked with coffee, dishes, forks, knives, spoons, and cleaning supplies. Also, the washer and dryer were practically new and were a welcomed addition to the apartment.
The chicken at gas station across street was great as mentioned in other reviews.. some homeless sleeping on sidewalks near building but felt safe enough inside
Great place in a Great location. Only suggestion is maybe putting televisions in bedrooms to decompress away from guests.

Property was exactly as advertised. Very nice apartment. Hosts were easy to contact and prompt with responses.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay
New Orleans is an amazing and unique city for music and has a culture all of its own. This property was ideally situated to easily walk to Frenchman and Bourbon, and to get around the rest of the city. It is modern and well equipped and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visting NOLA.

This was a BEAUTIFUL stay in Tréme, a historically AA town in NOLA. We stayed in Unit B and it was absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet and homely. The decorations were true to local culture and a nice touch, especially the beautiful mural on the living room wall. A QUICK walk to Louis Armstrong Park, Bourbon, Canal and the street car stop. We felt very safe and secure with the double gated key pad entrances and automatic walk way lights. Stationed DIRECTLY across the street from the gas station with THE BEST fried chicken available 24 hours, so this was PERFECT coming back from a night on Bourbon. 5/5 will definitely be staying here again!!
Very close to FQ, Ideal for people who want to spend time in FQ. Was able to get street parking. The rooms are good size, just the "master bathroom" is very tight. However, the 2nd bathroom is decent size. New appliances and very clean.
Overall the house was perfect for our visit. Near/in the French Quarter. Easy walking/public transportation to all major sights.
Minor hiccups of coffee pot not working and LOUD neighbors upstairs which can be heard through the walls in the other apartment were the only issues that we had.
Management team immediately helped with an issue and made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again. 4.5/5
We came to NOLA for a family vacation. We avoided the weekend to keep it family friendly. When we arrived, a music festival was right next to the accommodation, giving us a bad first impression. However, we passed through two gates to get to our locked door and felt way safer. We went inside, and were very impressed with the unit. It was exactly as shown on the advertisement. The next day, the festival was over and we were happy to realize that we were in a quiet neighborhood and everyone was quite friendly. It was very convenient to walk to every attraction we wanted to see in the French Quarter. The gas station across the street did have very good fried chicken, but the sandwiches were also tasty and inexpensive. There was room for our family of four and our dog with his crate. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend to the adventurous sort who are looking to experience New Orleans.
The property was very clean and near the French Quarter and what it offered. The host was very helpful during our stay. The parking was a bit hit or miss. One day you might park directly in front of the building and the next within a block or two. The only slight negative was the fact the outside noise level could be very loud after 1am.
Great place. Close to the heart of the French Quarter but away from the noise. Clean. Secure. Fantastic instructions and response time from the property manager. Great amenities and space. We will definitely stay here again.
Perfect location, walking distance to the quarter, well equipped gas station/liquor store across the street with delicious fried chicken. Rooms were comfortable, and place was very clean.
We came for a long weekend and were completely satisfied in all aspects - comfortable property with great bedrooms and common areas, close to everything we wanted to do and check-in/out was super simple. Thanks again!
Beautiful, large and clean place in good location to French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Property manager worked with us to drop off luggage a few hours before checkin so we could explore. Stocked with coffee, beer and paper products with an offer to bring more if we needed it. Great experience.
Minor recommendations for the property manager:
- add a full length mirror or two and at least one hairdryer
- spices /salt / pepper was said to be present but was not
- shower can take a very long time to heat up
Love this house and will look into renting both properties. The location was perfect because we wanted to be close to Congo Square, and Bourban St. Both are walking distance. Also the Gas station/ corner store has the best fried chicken and all the accessories needed for a great vacation to include alcohol! And only across the street! Loved it!!!
The house was in pretty good condition. A few water leaks that we had to let the owners know about. House is right outside the French Quarter, but not on a great road. The noise of car racing and cars with loud music kept us up most nights. The gas station across the street didn’t help. Parking is bad and have to fight to find spots open on the street. I probably would not rent again.
