While the historic French Quarter charm of exposed brick and hardwood floors has been preserved, the space has been updated with modern amenities such as a 42” Flat Screen TV, Cable, and free Wi-Fi.

Furnished in the style of an 1880’s French pied-à-terre, the interior of the penthouse offers a spacious living room and dining area. The two bedrooms, generous in size, transition the style of the French boudoir and the present, with queen-sized beds fitted with luxury bedding and ample closet space. The modern kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, four-burner stove, microwave, and coffee maker.

My brother, his wife, my wife and myself came down to NOLA for a wedding and lucked up on this place. Everything was booked because of Wrestlemania, but we found this place on VRBO...The unit was very clean, and the location was convenient. Literally steps from the French Quarter. We had a car (which you don't need), but was able to find street parking fairly easy for the long weekend. I would definitely recommend this place.

Great location!

The location was convenient to both the French Quarter and Marigny. We enjoyed our stay and walked everywhere. The walk up to the third floor was a little toasty. The common area is not air conditioned. Because of the extreme heat we were experiencing, the rental never really cooled down, but was bearable.

Everything we needed, great location...can walk everywhere from here. Only draw back is 3rd floor apartment, pack light! We had a great time, thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay. Eric's place was perfect for us; clean, convenient, and full of New Orleans charm. The location was great for us as well. It was exactly what we wanted to have easy access to the jazz fest and to Bourbon Street without being right in the middle of all the chaos. I would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place for two couples to stay for a weekend in New Orleans. So nicely situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The apartment itself is in a beautiful old house, is very clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed. We would stay here again, and will recommend it to friends!
