This top tier luxury 13th floor condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only on-site management company at Beach Colony.

Resort Amenities include pool, tennis & pickleball courts, fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with three well furnished bedrooms; 1 king sized bed in the primary ensuite, two full sized beds in the guest ensuite; all with smart televisions.

Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings or dining on the balcony.

You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the largest and most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view.

The well furnished kitchen includes dinner and drinkware, cookware and more. Small appliances include Keurig AND traditional type coffee maker, crock pot, toaster & blender.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach directly from La Dolce Vida Beach Service.

Guest will find a complimentary gift and two (2) parking permits upon arrival in the unit.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis & pickleball courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green water. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

Property was clean, not worn with age (some pics don’t show the age and wear on furniture). Kitchen was the best appointed that I’ve stayed in. Views and access to pool and beach were perfect. Plus, Navarre is just no that congested. Amazing stay. Also, Linda was very responsive. Will be back next summer.

Someone’s dirty socks found in bed 1st night we were there. Shower not cleaned. Nice place. 4 pm check in means 4pm. Apparently lock set on a timer. So don’t get there before then.

The condo is beautiful and well appointed in our favorite Beach Colony resort. The kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils we needed. We did have an issue with the toaster not working which was quickly resolved by the fantastic management company. My only complaint was the lack of a streaming device for evenings/rainy days. The Blu-ray player provided was so slow we finally gave up. Not a huge issue, but it's definitely a nice to have.
