Condo was great. Always love staying at Navarre beach. The building had balcony work going on the entire time we stayed and the drilling and power washing all day was annoying. Although they told us there wouldn't be anyone in the condo, they did come through the unit one day. The condo is non smoking, but it did smell like cigarettes.

The views are spectacular and the condo is spacious and very clean. It has plenty amenities for cooking and for the guys, it has a huge 80ā€ flat screen for watching games and the AC keeps it very cold. Plenty room for my family of 5 with 3 bedrooms. One item of note in October 2025 is there is construction going on that wasnā€™t disclosed until 10 mins before check in time so their is scaffolding outside the balcony and we had workers on our balcony at 8am each morning and other times throughout the day which was a bit of a disappointment as my wife enjoys drinking coffee outside in the mornings. Just something to be aware of if you are booking in the near term. Otherwise, you wonā€™t be disappointed with the condo and location.

Our favorite beach spot!

This our 7th stay at Beach Colony and our first time in this condo. It was great! The condo was exactly as pictured and the views are perfect. I highly recommend this unit and we will definitely stay here again. Only thing that we found we needed during our stay was sharper knives and oven mitts. ;)

Golf Trip

Stayed here the last week of February, everything was as advertised and pictures were accurate. There were just a few minor issues but nothing that would keep me from coming back. We had a few issues with the TV and WiFi in the living room, after coming in from golfing all day we had trouble getting the TV to work on a couple of evenings. Thatā€™s really the only complaint I had, and the rental company was quick to respond with solutions to try. Overall we had an excellent stay

We try and stay at Beach Colony every year, the facility is beautiful. We did decide to try the penthouse suites this year. The suite was beautiful but the layout was exactly the same as all the other condos we have stayed in. The next time we will probably elect to stay a few floors down to have a second balcony. The sunset views from this condo will take your breath away.

Fantastic condo and vacation!

Thia condo was fabulous! It was exactly as listed, maybe even better. Super spacious for our group of 7. The views from all the rooms were beautiful! The pool was very nice, especially after being at the beach for most of the day. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella rental were included. The chairs were not the most comfortable, but they were better than carrying your own back and forth. Be sure to check the parking garage size before you show up in a large vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.

It worked perfectly for us, the only complaints we had was not being able to have a drink in the pool, and they had an employee out there monitoring that, and the sign said you could have water and the employee said no to even bottled water, so we did not spend time at the pool and the elevators were very hot , not sure anything you can do about that but they were very uncomfortable, other than that we had a great vacation.

Iā€™d recommend this unit to folks with one exception and itā€™s not the fault of the condoā€™s owner. The property in front of the unit has bright flood lights pointing at the top of the building. It makes it unbearable to sit on the balcony at night. Itā€™s like having a flashlight shining in your eyes. It also affects the overall brightness in the penthouse. Itā€™s incredibly unfortunate because thatā€™s where we would have liked to spend our evenings.

Would absolutely not recommend this property. The listing says ā€œpenthouseā€ and you are certainly paying a premium for this however you are not on the top floor. Drawers in the bathroom had hair in them. The bed in one of the bedrooms literally had BLOOD on the linens still (appeared that someone had menstruated in the sheets) and were not changed, just re madeā€”we had to wait quite a while for someone to come change these. Bathroom floors had excrement around the toilet plunger/brush. Elevators had dog feces in the floor which the dog owners did not bother cleaning up. One night someone threw a watermelon off the building onto the parking deck (hopefully didnā€™t hit a car!). The parking deck is cramped and difficult to navigate if you drive anything larger than a compact car. I requested just my room number ahead of time (not even the access codes) so that my family who was staying in the same building would know where we were and management refused to provide thisā€”interestingly my family who was staying in the same building was provided this information days ahead of time. Given what I realized after arriving, likely this is because what is advertised as a ā€œpenthouseā€ is on the 18th floor and not the top (19th) floor, where there are more rooms. The one positive of this place is the location but was not even vaguely worth the rest of the issues.

This is a terribly unfair review, and VRBO should not allow reviews that are this inaccurate. First, please read all of the several highly positive reviews. Second, a penthouse unit does not indicate top floor, this is a Penthouse unit on the 18th floor, there are also Penthouse units on the 17th floor and floors above. This complex has 3 floors of Penthouse end units, with the same square footage, totally inaccurate statement by the guest. It sounds like a couple of fairly minor cleaning discrepancies which we solved as soon as we were notified. Dog Feces in the elevator? That has nothing to do with this unit or our management. Someone threw a watermelon? What does that have to do with the condo or our management? The other complaints are so frivolous they do not merit a response (difficult navigating parking? Did not have the room number?) . Future guests must consider a review like this was made by a very disgruntled guests who must of had issues beyond the condo or our management. Gulf Coast Getaways

My expectations of a penthouse were quite higher than what we walked in on arrival. This is not on the top floor. The cleaning was sub par. There were handprints on windows and balcony door from previous renters. And there were no cleaning products available to clean the windows. Instead we purchased cleaner and left it so other guests may also get to use if needed. There was dried food on multiple utensils and bowls in cabinets upon arrival. Black buildup under shower doors. Also there was iron but no ironing board available. As we were departing an employee was cleaning an elevator therefore most guests at peak check out time only had two elevators instead of three which slowed down the checkout process. I would recommend cleaning of elevators not take place during peak check out check in times. During our stay there were several rainstorms. I know not uncommon for Florida, however the issue was the standing water on the balcony with black mold. We also cleaned this while we were there. We traveled with young children and did not want them slipping/falling due to standing water. Multiple broken items: pantry door, and can opener and vinyl peeling away from cabinets in kitchen. Also recommend a new coat of paint as there multiple scraps and markings on walls. We enjoyed our stay at the beach but doubt we will be returning to this unit.

Overall nice place to stay. There was an issue with the door handle on the sliding door from the living area to the balcony that did become a slight inconvenience as the handle came completely off the door. I reported on very first evening and was told they were sending maintenance next day. They never did come. The view is nice, albeit quite a ways from the beach.

Great Location, Amazing Views!

The views from this condo are breath-taking! Being able to have every room have a bathroom was very nice as well. If I had any complaint, it's actually about the beach. You *can* bring your own shade/tent, but the beach in front of the property is set up with umbrellas and chairs to rent. The front row is rented quickly, and for the week, which means you have to fork out money for the view of the back of another family, or find a spot down away from the property. Outside of this, it's an ideal location. We were able to walk to Juana's, Windjammers, and the Sea Turtle Conservation Center, which was fantastic since we didn't have a car. :)
