Our management follows the community’s access and security policies, so codes are provided at check‑in rather than in advance. We understand how frustrating the drilling and power washing noise can be when you’re trying to relax, and we also apologize that someone entered the unit after you were told they wouldn’t need to. We’ll be addressing this directly with the building management to help prevent this from happening again. We’re also very sorry about the cigarette smell in a non-smoking condo — that’s not the experience we want for any guest. Our team will be doing a thorough inspection and deep clean, and we’ll be taking extra steps to ensure the fresh, clean environment our guests expect.
