Beautiful Views 2 Bdrm Beachfront Condo at The Pearl 405

Make your reservations for this spacious, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located on the white sand beaches of unspoiled Navarre Beach, Florida. Our unit #405 at The Pearl of Navarre Beach contains a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, wet bar and spacious living within 1378 square feet. The large, fourth-floor, private balcony overlooks two pools and hot tub and offers a gorgeous view of The Pearl's beautiful beach and the Gulf's turquoise-blue waters.

Master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, very large walk-in closet, luxurious Jacuzzi bath, and separate glass-enclosed shower. Full view glass wall with two sliding doors provides the soothing sounds of the waves as well as panoramic Gulf views from both master bedroom and living room. Guest bedroom contains queen and single beds with a large closet and guest bath has a large shower/tub combination.

Because the property is located on a barrier island between Navarre Beach Marine Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore, the area is quaint and unspoiled; with over 20 miles of federally protected sugar white beaches. However, popular Pensacola Beach and Destin are only short drives away (15-25 miles). Your visit will be completed with views of porpoises, stingrays, and a variety of native game fish from the nearby popular Navarre fishing pier. The sunrise and sunset views from the balcony are also spectacular. Also, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach wagon, boogie boards, floats, crab nets and kids sand toys are available in our outside closet.

This vacation rental is perfect for families and couples. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not permitted. Owner’s Additional Booking Option: Inquire about check or PayPal booking options. Significant cost savings (abt $250-300 per weekly stay) is available by booking directly with the owners and avoiding credit card and some service fees. Owned and operated since 2003, the majority of our guests routinely pay by check or PayPal. Look forward to hearing from you.

Great family getaway

We had a great week at the Pearl. We have been there a few times already and this unit did not disappoint. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys that came with the unit and we had plenty of room.

Beautiful property, cleaning staff needs to do better cleaning of fridge and floor. Very greasy floors and gross fish smelling fridge, had to clean it and was cleaner after we left than we arrived.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the pearl. The place was well stocked with essentials. We really liked that there was a closet filled with all the beach items for the family. It was our first time to Navarre beach and we liked this location. We didn’t really need the owner for anything during the stay but they had great communication before we got there. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay long enough.

Great getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. The weather wasn't what we hoped for but it was still very relaxing. The condo was very nice and clean. And it was really nice that there was chairs that we could use for the beach! I will definitely be booking another stay there without question! Thank you to the property owners and the pearl for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful location

The condo exceeded our expectations! It was beautiful and well-stocked. The property (The Pearl) is well-maintained, with staff daily sweeping off sand, cleaning the pools, and manicuring the grounds. The host was easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we ever visit Navarre.

It was first staying at Navarre beach, the beach was gorgeous, i have stayed at plenty of different condos, of never been so surprised at the different amenities like makeup wipes, soap, paper towels, and laundry detergent. It was all very considerate. The beach was a little crowded for my liking, but we came at a time when the Blue Angels had their first week of performance, and had nothing to do with the condo. FYI, they do have a Keurig if you are wondering.

The best condo

This condo is great! Kitchen has all you will ever need to prepare meals. Great space for dining and family time. Clean, comfortable and well maintained. Great people to work with. View of Gulf is incredible from the patio. We did not use heated pool but many guests did daily. Returning next year.

Loved it!

The condo had everything we needed and more! We’ve been coming to Navarre since 2017 and always stay at The Pearl but we’ve never had a condo that offered so much like this one. Numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, BEACH WAGON - it was so nice to have all of that there and not have to bring it ourselves! Communication with the property manager was easy. No complaints at all and we’ll definitely be staying in this condo again!

A magic getaway!

I’ve been coming to Navarre Beach for about 12 years. I am so glad I came across this place to stay on this trip! It was my favorite in all of my Navarre trips. This was a belated anniversary getaway for my husband and I. The condo was spotless and fully equipped for the beach as well. I’m looking forward to coming back with the kids. Leo was in great communication with any questions I had which were minimal because everything was so wonderful! You also have an amazing view of the pier which made it great for sunrises with your morning coffee and sunsets. The balcony was also very private compared to other places I have stayed. Truly an A stay. Can’t wait to go back!

Can't say enough great things about this property!

Great balcony with beautiful views, comfortable beds, and very clean! The heated pool was wonderful for our kids on days it was cooler. The condo was equipped with everything which was wonderful! It had plenty of beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach toys, and so much more. It was great not having to pack all the extra stuff. We also loved the location which was about 45 minutes away from exploring two bigger cities. We would absolutely stay here again as the host was more than helpful and very accommodating. Thank you!

This property has turned out to be our most favorite of all of our beach trip properties, and there have been a lot! Leo was very available and helpful if we needed anything. I think we've found our forever beach, and condo. We need to take some more family with us next time, because it's a two-bedroom. We felt like there was wasted space, but we enjoyed having two bathrooms, so as to not have to share, lol. There were ample supplies, and that's never happened in our history of condos, i.e., plenty of bath towels, bath soap, hand soap, and even beach equipment! We brought our own, just in case, but there was no need to use what we brought, except one garbage liner. We once had a place with no ice, just ice trays, and this condo had not one, but TWO ice makers. It was a great place all-around, and we'll definitely be back again someday! We especially enjoyed the balcony, with the magnificent view, and the privacy of the beach. The icing was that the weather was perfect!
