Nestled among palm trees and saturated in sunlight, this desert retreat will wrap you in pure bliss as you lounge around the pool between trips to the dry bar. Perfect for family and group gatherings, each bedroom has its own full bath and door to the patio. The game room features a custom pool table and ping pong. Explore the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park just minutes away.

*Please note - to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood, we have a strict low noise policy. No outdoor music. Quiet hours between 9pm and 7am. This is not a party house. We love the peace and quiet of the desert and hope that you will too.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Propane grill, fire pit, patio dining, pool toys, outdoor shower, upper deck to stargaze and enjoy the sunrise and set, furnished front porch.

INDOOR LIVING: Fireplace, en-suite bathrooms interior Mountain Views.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, cooking basics, dishware & flatware, full knife set, slow cooker pancake griddle.

GENERAL: Washer & dryer, towels & linens, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, A/C, iron & board, trash bags & paper towels.

FAQ: Steps required for access. Strict quiet hours 9 PM- 7 AM. Pool can be heated March- November. We charge the cost of propane for pool heating.It currently costs $100/day to heat the pool. Please let us now if you'd like the pool heated.

Great stay!

This place was a great find and offered so much. We had a little hiccup with the pool upon our arrival but as soon as we reached out to Carrie she took care of it and we had no issues after. The house is very spacious and the kitchen well stocked. Close to the little markets, food, and trails too! Definitely recommend this house for a little getaway.

Great spot in the desert!

Nice house, very clean, great pool! Some windows in the bedrooms could use a covering so the early morning sun doesn’t come in. Would definitely recommend for a get away.

Upscale and central place

We loved our stay here. It's in a great neighborhood and is walking distance to the park visitor center and town. From the front porch, the view of the desert was beautiful. The inside was spacious and nicely decorated.

Desert Oasis

We loved everything about our stay at this property. Can’t wait to come back. It was perfect for our two families with a total of three kids ages 7-11. So much to see and do nearby, and also no need to leave with so much to do at the house. The front porch now ranks as one of my favorite places to sit- so peaceful and wonderful to hear so many birds. Star gazing can’t be beat!

Great repeat stay

This was our second visit to celebrate a family birthday. Everyone had a great time in this home with lots of space, a great kitchen/dining area, and a wonderful pool.

Comfortable Desert Ranch House

We loved this desert ranch house. It was the perfect place for 4 couples to have a little quiet time in the desert, with several gathering places inside and out. The home and grounds were as advertised, and very clean and well kept. The air conditioning kept us all cool during a warm spell. We'd definitely come here again.

Beautiful house in a great location

The layout of the house was perfect for our group, lots of space and privacy. The house was very well appointed and it was immaculate. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property!

Spotlessly clean, well stocked and well maintained, this home has so many varied and beautiful, peaceful, places to relax and hang out. The views are amazing from almost all the rooms, porches, and patios. The hosts are very generous with supplies & amenities, everything we needed for a cozy, comfortable stay was amply available. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, we hope to have the opportunity to return!!

Highly recommend- perfect getaway spot!

We had an amazing stay here for a birthday off-road trip with 10 girls, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us. We loved gathering around the fire pit under the stars and appreciated how close the property was to the trails. The location was stunning, with the added convenience of being near a market and a fun espresso bar. This place truly had it all, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was perfect

We had some issues with checkin, but the property manager quickly rectified them. We could not have been happier with our stay. I think this was the 4th or 5th time we have stayed here and will be back for more. Lovely property, clean and well equipped.

Great time, great house, great hosts!

We had a couple of check in issues, but the hosts Carrie and Steve were fantastic at resolving them. The decor in the house was awesome. Everyday we would see something that we hadn't noticed the day before. The rooms were large and the beds quite comfortable. The backyard was spacious and just a great place to hang out and enjoy the pool. Don't forget to use the outdoor shower too, it was amazing! We even got to see the Starlink Satellite Train one night, so keep your eyes on the sky at night. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great place for a retreat with the crew!

We hosted our friend's bachelor party here and had a great time! The heated pool was the perfect temperature, and we love a shamu shelf! The property is very unique and has plenty of room for all of the guests. Great proximity to hikes, basketball courts, and whatever else you might want to do. Would definitely stay here again!

Family trip to visit Lovely Borrego Springs

We really enjoyed our time visiting Borrego Springs and staying in this unique home. Only 3/4 miles from town center, this desert oasis has everything that one needs to prepare meals, relax, stargaze and hike nearby trails. The home is very clean, warm and welcoming. We will certainly consider staying here again upon our return to Borrego Springs.

Second Year Here - As Awesome as the First!

Our second year in a row at this property for our annual boys weekend in the desert. It was perfect!!!! The pool, the fire pit, the stargazing deck, the front porch, the mother in law apartment, everything about this house is awesome!!
