The Homes in the Resort was beautiful. Did not get to use swimming pool because screen was torn at top and looked like bugs in pool. Villa was clean.

Great disney vacation

This was a wonderful property. Our family had a great time. It was very clean . The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for a large group. Everything we needed was provided. Would highly recommend this property.

A fun stay ...but

The house & location were great! However the services provided were lacking. We registered as a family of 11 but there were only 6 chairs and a bench, two had nowhere to sit at the table. We were given 12 towels, 6 hand towels and 0 washcloths. When we asked for more, they brought 4 towels. On our last day they brought 8 brand new but very thin towels. The bed had only a bottom sheet that was very worn and scratchy and no top sheet. The ad said there would be 6 pool towels, there were none. The pool toys were deflated and there was no pump in the house. There are no tissues at all. They asked us to use a garbage bag in the can but only provided 2 bags. Garbage was supposed to be daily but it wasn't and the animals got into the garbage and made a mess. Although the size of the house was great, it could use fresh furniture in the living room. The kitchen stools had dirty covers over the torn bar stools. There was a drawer full of barbq tools, but no bbq. You have to order that separately. It was not up to our usual standards that we've previously enjoyed with vrbo.

Very beautiful home! The pictures on the website does not do the home justice.

My group of 11 was very satisfied with the home. Very clean, comfy beds, great communication with management. I will definitely rent again and refer to anyone. The ONLY problem we had was with the ants other than that it was a great stay. We didnt want to leave

Nice house

The house itself was very nice however one of the televisions didn't work, pool was beyond dirty with dozens of dead bugs, and no starter supplies in the home. The home had no paper towels, dish detergent, garbage bags, etc. We had to purchase our own but overall the home was very nice.
