This 2 Bed 2 Bath condo overlooking the beach is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Renters can enjoy retreating to the pool after a long day at the beach. This mid-town Ocean City condo features a newly refurbished kitchen, 2 full baths, 2 bedrooms, and a family room perfect for unwinding. The ocean view from the balcony and master bedroom is spectacular and will keep the beach lovers pleased. This condo is a short walk to many restaurants, bars, and shopping destinations. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend. No Smoking. $75.00 Cash Non-refundable Building Registration Fee Due at Check-in. One Additional Parking Pass Can Be Purchased For $20 per night, If There Is Space In The Parking Lot or Free street parking. Must be 25 years old.
