We had a great trip! Ted was a terrific host. He was very thoughtful with his time and thorough with directions. The place was as advertised and the location between several resorts was perfect for our family of 6!

So glad you enjoyed your stay, and thanks for taking such good care of our place!
This property was perfect for our group of 7 adults. It is a short drive to several ski areas and the town of Frisco is very nice to visit for shopping or dining.
This was our second year in a row staying at Ted and Julies for a charity pond hockey tournament. It has been perfect for our friends and family both times. Hope to be back next year!

Ted and Julie were great to work with and their home was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and we were able to walk to Frisco and enjoy cooking a nice dinner at the house. The house had all the updates and amenities with a detailed attention to every item we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was wonderful. Hosts were very helpful and provided many tips about the area. Location was perfect for being close to Frisco and a short drive to Copper.
This home was just as described and it literally had everything you plus more! Ted was so helpful and I would definitely recommend him and book here again! Cannot say enough good things about this stay!!
We had a great time staying at this beautiful home in Frisco! House is better/bigger than it appears in photos and is super close to town but feels secluded. Would definitely stay here again!
What a great place to stay a few days while doing various activities in the general area. Clean, convenient, well appointed and kept place. Couldn’t have wanted anything more or better from start to finish. Perfect for our group and our adventures in and around the area.
Absolutely loved our stay in Frisco! My three friends and I went on a ski trip for spring break, and this property was perfect. It was clean, well-maintained, and very easy to use. The highlight was definitely the hot tub – the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The location was also great, just a short walk to the bus stop that takes you straight to Breckenridge. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to enjoy both comfort and convenience on a ski trip! Would definitely stay here again
We had an awesome vacation in this beautiful home. Ted was a fantastic host. The house was decorated beautifully. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanks for the wonderful review and I'm so glad we could provide you with an awesome vacation spot!
The home was warm and inviting - and a comfortable space for all of us. We loved being in Frisco so that we could choose a different ski area each day. Ted was extremely attentive and responsive to our needs (especially our last minute request to tack a day onto the front of the trip)- and we were appreciative of the lovely wine upon our arrival. We would definitely rent this home again.

Our group was so comfortable at this house! We were in town for a pond hockey tournament, this place gave us plenty of room to spread out while being close to town. Ted was there for anything we needed during our stay and great to chat with. We would definitely stay here again!
We have stayed at this property several times now and absolutely LOVE it! It's spacious yet so cozy and has everything we need and more (kitchen gadgets galore!). Location is unbeatable, with spectacular views. Ted is a fantastic host - always responsive, helpful, and just a really nice guy. Can't say enough. Highly recommend!

Lovely spot in Frisco - near the mountains and main street fun
We loved our stay at Ted and Julie's place! Super clean and comfy home. Lots of space for multiple couples. Super close to Copper Mountain where we went skiing for two days. Ted is great with communicating and ensuring everyone is happy. Highly recommend!
We have stayed at this property 3 times now and will stay there again if we can. It is such a great location and has everything we needed. We cooked there every night and continue to be impressed how well set up the house is. We hot tubbed under the stars each night - don't forget to turn off the patio light for a better viewing experience. So much to do around Frisco or a short drive. We plan to stay here again!
This was our 2nd year in a row staying here and once again we were thrilled with our experience. The house feels like a lived in home with quality cookware and amenities that are much better than most VRBOs that we have stayed in. Ted is always great at communicating. We will continue to try to stay in this home each year that we travel to Frisco!

About the host
Hosted by Julie & Ted
We've been vacationing in Summit County since we were both teenagers, and fell in love with the mountains and all the adventures they have to offer. In 2019, we moved to Frisco and rented for a year, looking for the property that would be just right for us to live in full time, but would also work to share with family and friends, and friends of friends!
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because of it's prime location, and because Frisco has a more relaxed vibe than the areas closer to the resorts. The people in Frisco are just so friendly and welcoming. It's really a special place. And it's super close to all the resorts we love: Copper Mountain – 9 miles Breckenridge – 10 miles Keystone – 12 miles Arapahoe Basin – 16 miles Vail – 28 miles Beaver Creek – 38 miles
What makes this property unique
There are literally tens of thousands of rental properties to choose in Frisco and the surrounding Summit and Eagle counties. What's unique about our place is that it's not an investment property, it's our home. We lived there full time for two years, and we return often, so it has everything you'd need to stay comfortably for a weekend or indefinitely. The home feels like it's out in the country, because even though it's in a small neighborhood, the homes are spread out and situated for peace and privacy. Yet we're only a 3/4 mile walk from Main Street, and 5 minutes to Wal-Mart, Safeway, Whole Foods, ski shops, Rocky Mountain Coffee Roasters, and Highside Brewery (one of 9 breweries in the county!). World class hiking and mountain biking is right out the door, and six famous ski resorts are 15-45 minutes away. You'll maximize your vacation time here relaxing and enjoying all that Summit County has to offer - not getting from place to place. And when you do have to get from place to place - you'll be amazed at how beautiful the trip is!
