Luxury and privacy meet at this Kihei Condo, located in the condo resort known as Maui Kamaole®, and just minutes away from the three sunny Kamaole beaches. Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

Location was great, nice home

We enjoyed the area, walkable to restaurants, groceries, beach. We went to the beach each evening to see the sunset. Could use some bedding for the sofa. The gift basket was a nice touch.

Wonderful stay at H110

This condo is a fabulous find in Ki Hei. Kitchen completely decked out and great for cooking. Lots of snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas. Comfortable space and terrific views. Right across the way from Kamole Beach 3 - perfect location. Condo pools were spectacular. Highly recommend

Wonderful!!!

We had a great time. The place was exactly as described and in a great location. Walking distance to several different beaches and lots of waves. The pools in the complex were amazing as well. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable - even the sofa bed was great which is not normally the case!

Maui Kamaole

We really enjoyed our trip to Maui. It was our 2nd time staying at the Kamaole condo complex. We were able to check in early and extend our check out time. The condo was clean and had all the things we needed for cooking. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. We had an ocean view and it was short walk to the beach.

A gem in the area

Easy to access to the beach, quite neighborhood, very convenient to go anywhere. The owner is very considerate, not just providing a welcome gift but also providing everything you need to get to the beach and hike in the rain forest (mosquito repellent and sun screen, etc). Overall it’ s a supper great experience and cannot expect more.

Great location, very nice condo

The condos at Maui Kamaole are in a FANTASTIC location, walking distance to both Wailea and Kihei, and close to many lovely beaches. Every unit has a kitchenette, AC, washer and dryer, thus super convenient for families in particular. Some units could use some remodeling (I.e. the sofa bed was broken, but the kids loved the adventure of sleeping on the mattress on the floor : ), but overall the apartments are very nice. and both the management company and the owner were very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Best possible choice

I loved this condo rental. The decorations, the space, the location, the rental company, the check in check out process, everything was fantastic. I don't think I could have made a better choice. Save yourself some time and consider this condo. I was here for two weeks so I got a good feel of the island. P.S. don't stay on Maui for two weeks, you will run out of things to do. But however long you stay, this place has my recommendation.Thank you so much.

Fantastic place, poor local management

The condo is great for the most part, fabulous location/view, well equipped and clean. One thing that needs attention is the broken sofa bed - didn’t exactly have fun sticking my hand into the broken hinge when opening/closing every day. Vacasa customer service quite honestly sucked - made 2 calls to local help desk, sent 1 text, and finally 1 email to local manager about fixing the sofa bed with no luck. Nobody showed to fix, no response to email. Gave up after that, but really it’s quite the liability and should be dealt with.

Served our purpose

Was further from a beach than expected. It is across the street from the boat ramp but not beach. The condo was a one bedroom two bathroom. Furniture was very dated and well loved. Although bed did not look comfortable it actually was. Couch was a sleeper sofa but would not pull out properly-luckily we did not need it because there was only two of us. If the kids had come there would not have been a place for them to sleep. Couch was not comfortable for sitting as it sinks in the middle. The recliner was comfortable. Was difficult to get tv in bedroom working. Eventually did by the 3rd day. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes and kitchenware. The gift bag was nice because we arrived with no food and hungry. Did have beach and snorkel stuff to use. Had a traditional coffee pot. Had blow dryer and shampoo, soap, conditioner, and shower gel. Not much of a beach view. Have to sit at edge of back patio. Loved the food and happy hour specials at nearby Lava Rock Restaurant.

Beautiful Condo

The view of the grounds and the ocean from the back patio is spectacular. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are plenty of beach towels, and the washer/dryer combo works well. It was great being on the ground floor of this quiet community. Kihei is a nice, central location to get to most of the island. Lots of good restaurants in Kihei too.

Great little condo!

We went here with our one year old and it was perfect. Vacasa did bring us black out shades which was perfect for nap times and we loved being on the first level so our little one could play. You are in the perfect location and walking distance to so many places. Definitely recommend!

Clean and comfortable

Comfortable bed with A/C in bedroom allows a good sleep. Close to beach and well located within complex, has all the toys, chairs etc. Kitchen has all the necessary items. I would stay there again and value for accommodation is very reasonable
