Don’t believe what you see…
This condo was filthy upon arrival. Walls covered in soot, dirt, finger prints, and even a foot print. Dirt and sand left on floors and tables. The sofa was so dirty we had to cover it in sheets just to use it. Bed sheets were stained and one so bad it looked smeared with fluids. The dryer has a broken handle and we were told to "pry it open without whatever we can find." The dryer was also caked, CAKED in sand. There were spills down cabinets in the bedroom and on the bathroom door. The shower, stovetop, and fridge were clean. They did try to make amends by cleaning again, which was done to make the floors cleaner - however after being supplied with specifics and photos, they left the other parts dirty. GROSS. The sofa was filthy. We covered it in sheets in order to use it. Half the linens were still dirty and stained - they were removed by the cleaning service and not replaced. The management tried to make things right, however the execution was poor and they never called or messaged us to check if we were happy, nor did they make an effort to supply restitution. Wi-Fi password supplied was wrong twice. All the photos supplied online at the time our booking and as of this review are NOT current or accurate. This rental was a disaster.
