Tout ce que vous voyez est tout neuf, avec toutes les mises à jour que vous pourriez souhaiter, et toutes les commodités à assortir. Doté d'un lit Queen dans le maître, d'une belle pièce d'habitation autour du lit, ainsi que de deux lits superposés ou d'un canapé-lit pour les enfants ou les invités. Capacité jusqu'à 6 personnes, avec un maximum de 3 adultes.

Les aménagements supplémentaires en font un véritable lieu de vacances unique, avec 4 chaises de plage et 2 vélos adultes inclus avec votre séjour. The balcony ocean view was fantastic! It was a treat to see the sunrise each morning we were there. The building is older, and the bathroom needs to be updated, but the unit was clean and everything worked. When we arrived, the sliding door to the balcony would not open, but Island Rental fixed it 10 minutes after we called. Excellent onsite maintenance. Overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful view

We had a great time. The view and the location were perfect. The condo was tight for 3 people with all their luggage and stuff but we struggled through. I would definitely remove that extra large coffee table from the living room to open it up a little but no issues.

Loved not having to drive. We parked the car the day we arrived and never moved until our departure. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance made for a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful quiet location

Property is near everything! You don't have to drive anywhere. Groceries, restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. If you want a quiet vacation, Breakers is the place to go. And Security is always helpful if you have any questions.

We had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend it.

We loved the great view from the balcony and the central location. When we arrive everything was fresh and clean. The Couch was comfortable, and it appeared to be new. We loved the comfy bed.The kitchen was well equipped. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Glad we chose this property for our beach break over the Christmas holidays.

Reviewer Comments: We found it to be very clean, and a great location!We had concerns after reading reviews from other guests regarding the condition of the refrigerator/freezer not being cold enough, but were very pleased to find a new unit which worked beautifully! Plenty of new cookware and small appliances, all which made our stay pleasant!Not all guests observed the posted "quiet hours" and being 4th of July weekend there were late night fireworks that were very loud and awoke many guests. Disappointed that the sliding screen was not in working order, but the glass slider worked stiffly.Overall, our stay was wonderful.

Nice place, great location a few negatives

The location was great. The beach was excellent. We enjoyed the views and the convenience of the condo. It is small and no more than two adults and one to two small children. The main bedroom bed is very uncomfortable. We almost went out to buy a topper it was that uncomfortable.

Location PERFECT, could use some updates if you care about that sort of thing.

Location is awesome. Walk to everything, shops, groceries, food, bars, beach, just stellar spot. All in all nice place. Says it sleeps 6. The 2 of us felt claustrophobic. I think the worst thing was when we showered, there was a sound coming out of it that sounded like a tea kettle going off at a high boil. Made showers much shorter. But we didn't stay in the room much anyway.

Maintenance!?!?

The unit has a nice view of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Being on the 3rd floor helps with this because there are a lot of trees and bushes that block the view from ground level. The unit had some cleanliness issues, most notable was a black-stained shower curtain. During most of our stay, the wood walkway to the beach was closed for maintenance. We had to walk through a narrow and poorly cleared trail through the brush. Yuk!

Views are worth it. Room/accommodations need updating.

The good: We booked this property for the location and oceanfront view. Both of these were exceptional! The view was worth it, and I would book this unit again solely based on that. The walk to the beach was convenient. The pool was clean, and while not huge, it did the job. There was 24/7 on site security. During our stay, my mother lost her ring from my late father. We had no idea where she had lost it. After notifying security, they had great communication with one another and returned the ring that someone had turned into them. I am so grateful for this! The bad: having five people in the room, I looked forward to having laundry on site. The dryer so was so loud you didn’t want to use it if you were going to be there (additionally, the dryer was right behind the bunk beds making it impossible to sleep and use the dryer at the same time). The porch floor cover was ripped in several spots exposing the plywood underneath. One of the beach chairs was broken, as was the umbrella. The pool closed at sunset, around 9:00pm. This was very unfortunate as the kids love playing in the pool at the end of the day and there was little time to do this. Each night, management had to ask 15+ people to get out of the pool (a clear indication that people would like later access to the pool).

Our stay in Unit 336 Breakers

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Breakers is situated conveniently near Coligny Park. The Unit is very close to the beach and pool and has a great view. The unit has no ovenbut only a stovetop which is pretty inconvenient. The washing .achine sounds like an aircraft preparing for takeoff. Overall the Unit was pretty clean except for the dishes. There were 3 dishes in the cabinet that had dried food stuck on them. We then washed each dish and itensil before use. The sink is exceptionally small and the hallway and loving room spaces are quite small. The rear porch desperately needs an upgrade as the artificial surface is torn and the plywood underneath is exposed. The sliding door to the porch a.nd the bathroom doors are both difficult to open and close. Great location but the unit needs some attention.

This unit definitely does. Direct oceanfront.The unit was clean, well laid out, plenty of everything you need for a wonderful beach trip. These units are small, make no mistake, but this unit was one of my favorites. The kitchen supplies were clean, well organized, up to date. The bedroom was lovely. Beautiful bedding, comforters. Very clean. Nice TVs, good WiFi, plenty of amenities. & you are right next to Coligny. You don’t even need a car once you arrive. Highly recommend this unit. & snag a covered parking spot if you can. Parking attendant very courteous letting me wait until next morning since I arrived in a rainstorm.
