Clean and convenient

This unit was clean, conveniently located to beach access and comfortable for two people. The linens were crisp amd fresh, the air conditioning kept the unit comfortable and the appliances were very efficient. This was our 4th stay in a unit at Seaside Villas and we were pleased with the accommodations and amenities.

This unit needs a deep cleaning

I was in Hilton Head for a last minute trip. I've stayed at several villas over the years and felt fortunate to find this unit at the last minute. Unfortunately, this unit needs a thorough cleaning, especially the heat/ac unit. It was filthy

Great location to beach, simple and cute!

It was clean, simple and close to Coligny and the beach which is what we wanted. Bed was comfortable and it had every amenity we needed. So easy to walk to and from! Kitchen furniture was a bit rickety, needs fixed or replaced. Couch was hard. In the bathroom looked like mold on the ceiling and that there had been repairs done but a coat of paint over them would help them look nice again.

Great location but....

This is a great location for families or couples. The beach is very nice here and not terribly crowded. You can walk to many close-by shops and restaurants. We bring our bikes but there are many bike rental businesses nearby or will deliver to the condo. The negative to this property is the furniture is in serious need of update or repair and you will need your own streaming credentials if you want to watch TV on the Roku TV.

Bath time

The bathtub is falling in though looks perfect until you step in and feel no underneath support. The patio door doesn't have a handle and the closet under the bunk bed has a door propped on like it was broken off. Otherwise good.

Great location. Wasn’t given pool code. Ac cover was held in place by the bench when we arrived. Sliding door handle was broke. Sofa extremely worn… could use a end table on balcony. No pizza pans or cookie sheets for oven. Nice little condo… just needs a little attention.

Convenient

It is very close to the beach and easily accessible. It was quiet at night which is great since the bedroom is located at the front door. The updates that have been done are nice. Some issues….The bedroom fan wobbles so bad and squeaks so much it was impossible to keep on at night. The couch is nice but has rips in it and is showing it’s age. Towel rods that are pvc pipes? Also the door jam to the front door looks like someone tried to kick it in. Overall for what we wanted it was convenient and fun. A little more work and it will be even better.

Great If You're on a Budget

This place is a great deal at 1/2 the cost of most other places near by and the location is great. Downside is it's very small. It is comfortable for 2 but any more would feel crowded. The bed is comfortable, the A/C works great but it is a hotel type unit on the wall in the living room so you have to keep it cold in there in order for the bedroom to stay cool enough. The couch is very uncomfortable but with enough pillows propped behind and a blanket on the seat it is tolerable. It has great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen has things to cook with but is very small so wouldn't recommend trying to cook full meals. Also the cookware seems very old and worn. I would definitely stay here again as cooking is not my priority and we don't spend a lot of time in the place we stay other than getting dressed and sleeping so it works for us for those reasons. If you are looking for luxury you will be disappointed. If you are looking for functionality, a comfortable bed, a clean place to stay, and a bargain then you will love it. I recommend taking a small fan for the bedroom as the ceiling fan doesn't push much air. We were glad we had a fan to help push air from the living room to the bedroom.

Great location

Good location with easy walk to beach. The unit was clean except balcony door window was dirty. Would have liked to watch local news & weather, but tv/cable was hard to use. Didn’t understand about using our personal account to access TV programming. Overall good unit and would consider this for next trip to HHI.

Great location for family only steps away from the beach. The property was overall clean except the glass on the sliding door, which was very dirty, it ruined the view. We wishes there was at least another soap bar for shower and hand wash at the sink. We only had one for everything. The frying Pan and saucer were old and slightly scratched. AC works well and nice ceiling fans. The price was very reasonable. We were satisfied overall.

Great Location.

The location was great and the unit was very clean. On the negative side - the unit was a bit dated and the tv/cable system was extremely difficult to use with poorly written instructions.

Quiet and beautiful
