In walking distance to several shops, restaurants, rentals, and entertainment.

We absolutely love Hilton Head and the Breakers. In addition to family trips on an annual basis, my girlfriends and I come down every spring to enjoy this amazing corner unit view of the beach and the ocean. There is so much to do on the island, or just relax on the beach.

Why Paul Reiff chose North Forest Beach

When I saw the view from this villa I immediately fell in love. My family and I come here two to three times a year and I have rented the villa out to several guests and friends that have turned into frequent visitors.

What makes this condo unique

This complex has everything and guests almost have no need for a car. In addition to the beach being steps away, this villa is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, rentals, grocery stores, and entertainment.

The specific villa is located on the second floor with an amazing ocean view and has a porch with a cover to get a little shade when needed.

Beautiful views

Views and location were amazing. They need a new cleaning crew is only why I did not give 5 stars. Things were left for quite a bit undone. Ours never showed up so we had to contact owners apon arrival. They were very quick to accommodate and get someone over there but our bedding was never done. Again this is all on the cleaning crew. Owners were very nice and they'd have an even nicer place if they can find good people to clean for them. Which can be hard. Loved the place otherwise.

Great location and view!

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to HHI. The proximity to coligny circle was great for walking to restaurants and shops. The unit had a great view of the ocean and pool. We had breakfast on the balcony everyday. Parking was very convenient. The unit was small, but perfect for two of us. It was very clean and well kept. We will definitely be back and would stay at 235 Breakers in a heart beat!

Great location and just the right size!

This was our First trip to Hilton Head and we had such a wonderful time. Condo was centrally located and we could walk or bike everywhere. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Only thing I would recommend is adding blinds to the window that faces the pool for extra privacy.

Perfect and everything you could ask for!

This condo was amazing and everything you could ask for! Extremely clean and right on the beach. Coligny plaza is right across the street, where shops, restaurants, music, events, and grocery store are all conveniently located. The one day we forgot something when we were at the beach, and it was nice to be able to just walk right up to the condo to get it. The pool was very clean and it was also nice being able to have a view of the pool! There is security 24/7 sitting in the parking area which was also nice. The wifi worked perfect and it was great having a washer/dryer right inside the condo. Paul and Michelle were beyond helpful with everything, were easy to contact, and always responded quickly with any questions we had. My husband and our 2 young children will be coming back next year and are so thankful to have found this PERFECT place!

Relaxing with a gorgeous view

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was as promised. Location was very convenient to shops. The balcony was our favorite. We thoroughly enjoyed coffee and dolphin watching in the mornings.
