When I saw the view from this villa I immediately fell in love. My family and I come here two to three times a year and I have rented the villa out to several guests and friends that have turned into frequent visitors.

What makes this condo unique

This complex has everything and guests almost have no need for a car. In addition to the beach being steps away, this villa is easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, rentals, grocery stores, and entertainment.

The specific villa is located on the second floor with an amazing ocean view and has a porch with a cover to get a little shade when needed.

Perfect Stay

We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to go again. Location was perfect. We walked to dinner all but one night and that was due to rain. Comfortable sleeping and excellent beach views. Thanks Paul and Michelle.

Amazing spring break.

The space was perfect for a spring break with our two boys. Being so close to the beach was amazing, but also having a pool on site was awesome.

We were able to walk to many of the shops and restaurants. It was easy to run to the local store to grab more sunblock, and not have to load everyone up in the car for one item.

The security staff in the parking area were super helpful and friendly. Overall wonderful week in Hilton Head.

Love the location and the view of the ocean. Pool protected by the wind was great! Being able to walk across the street to shop, eat and get groceries was really simple and convenient.

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping. Right on beach with spectacular view. Had a little blip when arrived but was fairly compensated. New TV, DVD player was not compatible. Overall a great place to stay, would book again!

Wonderful experience

A wonderful condo located on beach. The condo is dated, but VERY clean. Could not have enjoyed the experience more. Perfect location if you like to park you car and leave it! Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Great pool and with sun decks. Best part for us was it was very quiet and calm. Could not be more pleased with our vacation :)
