About this property

Ocean view condo with BEST location on the island!

Our unit is located on the first floor near the stairway for easy access. Also close to the elevator for bringing up luggage or shopping purchases. The balcony faces the pool and has a direct view of the ocean. Inside there is one queen sized bed, built in bunk beds, a pull out couch, and one bathroom. Every room has been renovated within the past three years and freshly painted in February 2023. We have a wonderful cleaning/maintenance crew to make sure everything is clean and working for your visit. It's all about the location! Quick walk across the street to Coligny Plaza for restaurants with live music, coffee/bakery, grocery store, and shopping options. Short walking distance to two beachside bars. Pool Bar Jim's to the North, and the brand new Holiday Inn Tiki Hut beach bar to the South. Both can be accessed from the beach or from the street. Best location on the island!

Great for our family. Consistent parking spot close to the condo. Easy beach access. Pool was nice right after coming off the beach. Really great shower. Reliable washer and dryer. Amazing A/C. Bunk bed hallway was nice and dark so kids slept in which was a plus.

Nice Little Getaway

Such a nice condo for a quiet weekend trip into Hilton Head. For our first time on the island it was in a great location, right on the beach and in walking distance/short driving distances to many amazing restaurants based off the owner’s recommendations.

My husband and I are from Michigan and originally purchased this condo as a flip. When we bought it in 2006 it needed quite a bit of updating. However, when the housing market began to struggle we decided to wait. In the meantime, we visited when we could and absolutely fell in love with the Island and the lifestyle. Renting has allowed us to offset the costs of the condo so that we can keep it in the family but has also introduced me to some amazing people who have made our home away from home their yearly vacation spot. What an unexpected bonus!

Why they chose this property

The location of our condo is, in my opinion, the best on the island. Coligny Plaza is across the street, offering a variety of restaurants, coffee and bakery shops, ice creameries, a hardware store, grocery store, and so many shopping options you would never need to get into a car. There are also restaurants and shopping options within steps of the condo on both sides. If you are looking for adult beverages and entertainment on the beach you can choose to walk to the North, where you will find Pool Bar Jim's located at the Sea Crest. They have amazing frozen fresh fruit drinks. To the South is Holiday Inn's recently rebuilt Beachside Tiki Hut. Both offer food and live music seasonally.
