Safe, easy, clean!

Property was clean and check-in/out for girls weekend was super easy! Hannah was an amazing host - we thought we heard a a noise outside during the day and she wasted no time checking the Ring playback (turns out it was nothing, by the way - and we honestly felt very safe here!)

Things gone wrong

The day before we were told the refrigerator did not work when looking at reviews the same thing happened a year ago. When we got to the condo, another member of the neighborhood was parked in our spot so we had to park up the hill. We go into the condo and we had a dorm size fridge that would only hold three carry out containers half a quart of milk and that was it for three days, we were given food in for the next few days the air conditioner leaked. I found dirty socks and cat toys underneath the bed the ice cube maker in addition to the refrigerator that was broken did not work and dirty towels were left in the washing machine food in the cabinet had expired three years ago , I feel like a big company is renting this out, but they don’t pay any attention or fix anything that needs to be done. There was no grill. There was no way to crank the canopy down.

Save yourself the stress and stay elsewhere!

The check in process was very smooth but the stay quickly turned from bad to worse. The condo was not what we had anticipated. The floors were sticky as if they had not been cleaned. Linens had noticeable stains. The couple staying in the upstairs loft found a huge hairball on their bed that looked like it came from a hairbrush. Overall the cleanliness of the condo was terrible. When sitting on the balcony, the condo next door, had animal feces all over the concrete and a terrible odor. There was not a grill provided like in the listing so the food we brought to grill was not able to be used.The first night we went to dinner and drinks. As we were walking back from our vehicle to the condo a man came running out after us, shining a light. It was dark, so we could not tell who it was, he began screaming that he was security and that there was a 10 pm curfew. We explained to him that we were walking back to our condo from the vehicle and that he scared all of us. He started to harass us and told us we will be kicked out of our condo for talking. The next two days the issues continued. We received two complaints about leaving beach towels on the balcony to air dry. During check out, we set the trash bags that were going to the dumpster outside the door so we could make one trip. We received a texted picture of the trash stating we were once again breaking a rule. We are now being charged an additional cost for these complaints despite nothing be in the signed contract.

Property was great and perfect for our weekend. Location is out of the zone for water taxis which wasn’t a big deal but just figured I would note it for future guests.

Great property and location. Host was very accommodating, made the process very easy for our group.

Would highly recommend for anyone who regularly visits the lake. Neighbors were friendly and located close to many attractions.

Perfect spot

Took a little vaca with the kids. 22,18,15,14. They loved it. Lots of other kids and family fun. Pools were clean. Especially enjoyed the pool that’s layed adjacent to the lake. Condo was comfortable, stylish, and clean. Perfect Location, everything is nearby Definitely choosing this place again.
