It features 6 bedrooms (including two separate master suites), 6 baths, 3 separate family/tv areas (great for when the kids want to watch their own movies and ground floor playroom has a sofa pull out queen bed so can serve as 7th bedroom), a spacious oceanfront family room and adjoining spacious dining room for your family gatherings, and a fabulous deck for enjoying the dunes and ocean views

The cottage is equipped with high speed internet , wireless internet, a 55 inch OLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV in the first floor family room, a 32 inch Smart TV in the second floor family room and 42 inch OLED HD Smart TV in ground floor playroom. Each of the bedrooms have a 10 inch tablet for your entertainment convenience. There is ample outdoor parking for up to 5 cars.

The first floor exterior features a large covered beach side porch and sun deck with dining table, dining chairs and rocking chairs perfect for enjoying that first cup of coffee in the morning and for relaxing sunset dinners or late night cocktails. While you are relaxing on the deck, the kids can play in the swings, swinging bench or hammock below. The first floor exterior also features a covered street side porch perfect for just hanging out in the rocking chairs. Both beach side and street side porches are connected by a lovely wraparound deck (938 sq ft decking).

The interior first floor consists of the spacious family room and master bedroom (with a Queen bed and ensuite bath with tub & shower) both overlooking the beach, two additional bedrooms (each with a Queen bed) that share a jack & jill full bath with walk-in shower, another smaller study/bedroom with a twin bed and a nearby full bath with tub & shower, a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen (including new induction range with full convection, air fry and air sous vide) with custom made cabinetry and granite counter tops which opens to the dining room.

The second floor features a second master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and walk-in closet and nice panoramic ocean views, a second bedroom with two queen beds and a nearby full bath with a tub & shower, and a second family room perfect for kids to hang out and play or watch tv. These upstairs rooms are stocked with books for all age levels.

The street level features a utility room with washer/dryer, packed beach bags and a large playroom with sofa pull away queen bed, smart TV, bath with 2 walk-in showers and bathroom. The playroom is stocked with games and crafts to entertain the kids. There is an adjoining garage with a second refrigerator/freezer, a large Weber gas grill, a Weber charcoal grill, a large storage area with road bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, outdoor games and related beach gear. Outside the garage beachside are more beach toys, kayak, 2 paddle boards, long board, boogie boards and an outside shower with hot/cold water- good for post beach showering.
