About this property

Historic villa surrounded by centuries-old trees of a beautiful park. The house with its beautiful Italian garden is located at the beginning of the village of Lucignano. The main part of the house has been divided into two units, one of which consists of 4 apartments. The other (Villa Alzato) is very large and has preserved the original architectural structure with frescoed ceilings and is furnished with original antique furniture. At guests' disposal swimming pool (open: 8.00-20.00). On request and payable locally: Domestic help, dinners and cooking classes.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open June - end September.

Rustic Charm

Wonderful old villa in need of some TLC but spacious and comfortable. Got lost getting there as address for GPS on documentation provided was wrong. Hopefully this has been reported to the agency. A wonderful stay in a beautiful area.

Haus in sehr schöner Lage

Beeindruckend schönes Objekt mit Patina, italienische Mücken (mit denen man sich arrangieren kann), eine traumhafte Dachterasse, gute Lage zu wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Platz ohne Ende (sieht man auf den Bildern nicht). Sehr sauberer Pool! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Danke.
