Perfect for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, this peaceful second-floor condo offers comfort, convenience, and direct access to one of Florida’s most beautiful outdoor spaces. Situated right across Highway 41 from the Withlacoochee State Trail, you’ll have 46 miles of shaded, paved pathways right at your doorstep—ideal for runners, walkers, and cyclists exploring Florida’s Rails-to-Trails system.

Inside, the primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes a cozy queen bed. Step outside onto your private balcony to enjoy the fresh air and peaceful surroundings—an inviting spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a day of adventure.

If you`re looking to explore further, you’re just a short drive from incredible natural attractions. Visit Crystal River to swim with manatees, or spend the day at Rainbow Springs State Park, where you can swim, snorkel, scuba dive, or kayak in crystal-clear freshwater springs.

A car is recommended for getting around the area, parking is available in the parking lot on a first come, first serve base.

Great place to stay while visiting family

Spacious and convenient place while visiting family and Crystal river! Only thing that would improve it is a keypad for door to avoid going to rental office. Very nice place thank you.

Things to bring

Maybe I overlooked it in the instructions, but we did not know to bring pillows and all that waS there were some decorative pillows for the beds to sleep on. We also did not know we needed to bring bath towels to use as there were only 4 very old looking towels there. I also did not know this condo was located upstairs and I have a bad hip. The water was barely warm in the bathrooms. On a plus note, the condo was clean.

We have adjusted the text and mentioned a few times not the condo is on second floor. We have replaced and added more towels and there are 4 (sleeping) pillows for the King bed, and 4 (sleeping) pillows for the Queen bed.

Summer vacation

Perfect spot to stay for 4. Plenty of room and close to restaurants and entertainment. We did a swim with the manatees tour with Explorida and it was fantastic. Three Sisters Springs is beautiful.
