Loblolly (nombre dado a casa el original) es un lugar único y especial para hacer recuerdos familiares duraderos. Su casa de vacaciones especial ha aparecido en la portada de ESPACIOS Septiembre / Octubre 2008 Número (espacio estilo-costa y revista de diseño). Loblolly era una propiedad que aparece en Tropical Trail Primavera Bloom Tour del año pasado. Su casa de vacaciones se encuentra directamente en el canal costanero. La propiedad fue construida en los años 70 y diseñado para ser un lugar para retirarse. Loblolly se adquirió de la familia original en 2007. Solo imagina ... Great Experience

Amazing property! Owners were great to work with and check in/out process was very easy. Property is well provided with everything needed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Games and cooking supplies made stay great. Bedrooms and accommodations were top notch. This is easily a 10 out of 10 and would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Marriott island home! The property is absolutely stunning — spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and fun. The private pool and hot tub were the highlights of our days, surrounded by lush landscaping and plenty of seating to unwind.Inside, the home felt like a true resort. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet, and the playroom was a huge hit with the kids — they didn’t want to leave! Every detail has been considered, from beach towels and games to top-notch appliances and cozy outdoor spaces for evening dinners.The location was ideal — close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, yet perfectly peaceful and private. The hosts were responsive and kind, making the entire experience effortless.We can’t recommend this home highly enough for families or anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing island escape. We’re already planning our return trip!

Fantastic property for multi-family vacation.

We had multiple families visit for our HS seniors spring break. The guest house, studio apartment & cabana allowed for each family to have separate spaces. The pool & hot tub area & dock were perfect for all If our teens to hang out and enjoy the week. The house is stocked with tons of kayaks & other yard games. We had a fantastic week!

Spectacular Large Family Gathering

We had a phenomenal time at this wonderful property. Large family celebration for a week, and there was room to spare. I've rarely come across a property that was so well stocked with available items, kitchen, entertainment,... I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this home. Thanksgiving Getaway

In short, this property is ridiculously beautiful and very convenient to lots of different activities. Everything you could possibly need is there and ready for use. From cooking in the commercial-grade kitchen to Galaga in the game room to catching fish on the dock, this property has it all and then some. The owners were very helpful and made it feel like a home away from home for us. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home for family vacation

Andrea was very responsive. Handled requests easily and timely. The house was marvelous and incredibly well equipped. Lots of living spaces as well as collective rooms. The home was very much like a home. Appliances great, lots of tvs, internet good, pool great, hot tub was large. Dock had a lovely sitting area. The whole thing was spectacular

Such a Wonderful Treat!

We loved our stay at Loblolly! It felt as if we were really away from everything. It was a peaceful paradise. We had everything we needed and wanted. I had never been to this part of Florida, so was quite unfamiliar with the area but Andrea was so attentive and helpful in answering all my questions. I would go again in a heartbeat! Spectacular property with lots to do for the whole family

We were 8 adults and 7 kids from age 3-9. The pictures don’t do the place justice as the setting is gorgeous and decor is incredible with lots of little touches to give the place so much character. There was no shortage of things to do without having to get in the car: pool, hot tub, kayaking, paddle boarding, ping pong, croquet, and other various lawn games. And when the sun goes down, just as many indoor activities. We have stayed a some pretty nice properties before, but this one was incredible!

A special place

I am not one to post reviews but what a gracious host and magical property. Andrea is a gem, and Loblolly was the perfect home away from home for a Christmas family holiday. With a lovely game room and pool, charming and private bedrooms with comfortable bedding, a fully outfitted kitchen, built-in playground and water activities (kayaking and paddle boarding with the dolphins), and gorgeous sunset views, we never had to leave. Starbucks, CVS, Publix, and Fresh Market are a 5-minute drive for anything you could need. I can’t think of one shortcoming. We hope to be back one day.

Thank you for SUCH an incredible stay in your beautiful paradise! We cannot speak highly enough about this Tropical Trail heaven. The “compound” has everything you would ever need- from a game room, to beautiful pool, to kayaks, to ping pong, to a piano, to board games, to peaceful porches, to guest cottages,... the list never ends. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels- even high end properties such as the Ritz and Four Seasons... this home BY FAR surpasses them all. We are already “homesick” being away only a few days. Thank you again for the best hospitality on HomeAway we have EVER encountered. You will NOT be disappointed staying here. FIVE STARS- and MORE!

Pack Light!

The VRBO advertisement simply does not do this property justice. I cannot say enough positive things about the owner, as they knew the place like the back of their hand and was on top of everything! They were also very helpful with any questions we had about the property or the surrounding area. Loblolly, named as such by the owners, is a destination that continued to give throughout our stay. A relaxing and enjoyable time was had by all. If you’re thinking about it, just do it. You won’t regret it. We would love to stay again! Last note - you probably won’t need half of what you think you will. Pack light! This place has it ALL!

Sophisticated and Charming

We had a large group stay here for the Thanksgiving Holidays. The property and amenities were unexpectedly delightful. Our family will cherish the memories made here for years to come. In all honesty the photos and video do not capture how wonderful Loblolly really is. From the excellent bedding, to the kitchen and dining details, the pin ball machines and surf boards, we used everything it had to offer. We caught fish right at the end of the dock. I must also comment on the pristine cleanliness of the entire house and property. 5 plus stars! Our group included teenagers to elderly, and I can't imagine a place that could have worked for us any better to dine together, stay active, and still have plenty of privacy for all. I rarely write reviews, and certainly not 5 stars, but Andrea deserves praise for making this home a true gem.

Best vacation spot in years

Beautiful sunsets, watching dolphins from the dock in the mornings, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, relaxing in the hot tub or on the lounge chairs in the sun-- this property is absolutely gorgeous and offered something for everyone in our group of 16 between the ages of 2 and 82. Kids played in the tree house or in the pool or on the beach area. And of course in the game room! We've never had a vacation house that was so relaxing and entertaining at the same time and so comfortable for our large group. We all had our own private spaces but the communal areas were comfortable and large enough for all of us to gather at once for lunch, dinner and game nights. The house had every amenity we could have asked for and was fully stocked with essential supplies. It is close to town for shopping and dining, although we enjoyed the property so much we chose to stay and enjoy meals at the house. Kennedy space center was a little under an hour away and was a great, easy day trip with the kids. Andrea was easy to contact, quick to reply and so gracious and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a hard time leaving and hope to return next year. Highly recommend Loblolly!!!

A Retreat To Remember

This estate will leave a lasting impression. We gathered as a family from all across the U.S. and it’s always challenging to find a property that can accommodate our large family that vary in ages and allows enough interest to give everyone something to be happy with. This property is it! The bunk rooms are perfect for the kids and allow for an extra bed for the adult to sleep with them if they get nervous in a new surrounding or are acting up at bedtime!! The game room and pool and jungle gym will keep all age kids busy during the day. The game room has everything! For the adults and older kids the Foley family has you covered. Every kind of water craft (non motorized) is at your disposal. They also offer a fishing rods, yard sports and everything in between. If you love to cook the kitchen is stalked with everything you could possibly think of or need. The family living areas are full of books and history to keep the mind occupied and if you like to BBQ it’s a prime setup. We have traveled the world as a family and have stayed in dozens of rental properties and this sits in our top 10. We will be back.

Wonderful week on the Indian River!

Andrea was awesome! She met our family of 15 at the house and did a walk thru with us to show us how things worked and where items were, etc.. A couple of things were missing and Andrea had them delivered the next day! She was incredibly accommodating - we've never stayed in a home where the owner bent over backwards to make our stay perfect. Thanks so much Andrea! The home and property were wonderful! The dock was a huge hit with all 9 grand kids especially the 2 fishermen (ages 20 and 16). Almost every afternoon at around 4-4:30 the dolphins came swimming by - such a delight to sit out there and watch them. The sunsets were incredibly beautiful and it was SO peaceful all the time! The home itself had so much space for all 15 of us and, of course, my husband and I had the lovely master bedroom. The 4 grandson's slept in the upstairs "boys" room, 3 of the granddaughters slept in the perfect girly room with bunk beds, the 2 older granddaughters opted for the one of the cabanas. Our son and daughter-in-law stayed in the other cabana and our daughter and son-in-law slept in a room in the big house. There were lots of places you could go to have a little time away from everyone if you wanted to (hammocks, lovely porch with sitting areas, chairs by the little beach area...). I had read the reviews how anything you would need was there and that was so true! I've never seen a home so well stocked with kitchen items, games, towels, life jackets, two sets of washer and dryers, two refrigerators....I could go on and on. We had family photos taken and the setting overlooking the water with the trees and hanging moss. I can't wait to see them. It was a Christmas to remember. Your family’s trip to Loblolly was extremely wonderful to be a part of. The blending of new family members (children) made me want to make your time at Loblolly the best ever! Congratulations to all of you - especially those two beautiful girls that you have so lovingly brought into your life. I love it here! We stayed here 10 years ago when my kids were little. It’s exactly like I remember, and even better. It’s so charming and spacious and makes you feel right at home. We loved the pool (paid extra for heating), all the fishing supplies were there and we had luck right off the dock. Fun to cook and have coffee in the kitchen. We’ll definitely be back.

Loblolly

What a great rental. The long driveway through oak trees and spanish moss set the mood. The house and cottages are lovely and equipped with every ammenity possible. The pool is great as is the hot tub. There are hammocks in the spacious back yard and a dock you can walk out on to watch the sunsets. Highly recommended.
