Pier Beach House! Heated Pool, Spa, Steps to Sand

Our Cocoa Beach home is a 3600sqft, two-story (with elevator) 6 bed 5 bath private residence.

Amazing gatherings out back feature a beautiful heated pool, hot tub and comfy lounging around the fire pit. We are located 100 meters to the sand, a 5min or less walk to the Pier, several bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Ron Jon Surf shop and other local attractions are less than 1 mile away.

The kids will love the garage game room with ping pong, foosball, and arcade games!
And everyone will enjoy the beach gear (pictured); bicycles, soft top boards, boogie boards, chairs, cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more.

Our family has lived just south of Cocoa Beach for several decades. We began doing our first vacation rentals far away from home in the late 1990s. Our journey then took us all the way back to our own doorstep to offer our expertise in the beautiful area Cocoa Beach. We love the surf, sand, and laid back beach culture of Florida's Space Coast and are proud to share this experience!

Casa Cocoa is located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. With fantastic amenities, and just steps to the sand and Pier, it offers our guests to experience Cocoa Beach like locals - on foot. Easily walk to many restaurants, bars, coffee shops and of course the endless stretch of beaches.

With 3600 sqft of living space 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 full baths, Casa Cocoa is the perfect offering for extended family gatherings. Comfortably sleeping 14 people, there is plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out - especially on the beautiful pool deck area. With surfboards, bikes and lots of other beach gear included in your stay there is fun for everyone!
