Located in the Club Course section of Sea Pines, this home offers easy access to all of the amenities of Sea Pines, while still being close to the shops, dining, and activities located outside the Sea Pines gate, such as Coligny Plaza.

This home features a large open concept living area, with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful decorative fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked and flows into the spacious dining area. The living room has ample seating for the whole family and a large smart TV mounted above the fireplace. Glass along the right side of the living space gives views of the beautiful screened pool area, with large amounts of outdoor living and dining space as well. The master bedroom has a King bed, large flat screen TV and an ensuite bath with dual vanities and an open shower. The 2nd bedroom has another King bed, flat screen TV, and there is another full bath with a combination tub and shower. The third bedroom features 2 Queen beds and another full bath with glass door shower located just outside the bedroom.

Enjoy the amenities of the Sea Pines Beach Club. The Beach Club has full facilities including clean restrooms, showers, an outdoor bar and grill and nightly entertainment. The hard white sand is ideal for beach combing, jogging, dog walks, volleyball, paddle ball, and building castles in the sand.

A gated community, Sea Pines Plantation offers golf, tennis, horseback riding, and miles of bike, walking, and nature paths. Everything is provided to make your vacation perfect. Located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation, this vacation home is only a short drive to the amenities mentioned.

The house was spacious and met all our needs. The linens and beds were comfortable and nice. The grounds, family room windows and pool area needed cleaning. The pool deck in particular needed cleaning and debris was in the bottom and top of the pool.

We rent this housing for 2025 Friendsgiving The housing & the pool were clean. We took the pool heating option, and our kids enjoyed a warm pool with outdoor temperature of low 60 we recommend this housing definitively

Great location to do anything on the island. Wish I had my golf clubs during the stay. Pool was nice to enjoy the outside without the bugs. Already planning on booking this house again.

Great Sea Pines home

Great home. Very comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool. But that whole screened outdoor area was very nice to just hang out in. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was great. Foosball table was very nice. Close to an entrance to Sea Pines. A little far from beach club but that was only remotely negative thing. We had a great time.

home was comfortable and mostly accessible, we had to improvise. close to activities, sites and stores. Great restaurants nearby. We'd definitely do this again.

Great vacation

The pool area was amazing for the kids. Beds comfortable clean bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen. Outstanding for golf. Only 4 star are was a little far from the bike bath for tounger kids but the house was wonderful.

Great Home with plenty of amenities

This is a perfect vacation home for fa family or group of friends. The layout is perfect and everything is well equipped. The bikes are in great shape. There were pool toys, beach chairs and everything you need to make meals at home. The washer and dryer are also helpful.

Family gathering

The pool is the perfect size, and having a screened in patio was great for keeping bugs away. We loved the house layout with a big kitchen and dining area. The beds were comfortable, and 1 king / 1 king / 2 queens is an ideal arrangement, particularly with a private bathroom for each bedroom. The only complaint was a very loud frog somewhere in the pool area, and it was really chatty from sundown until a little after midnight several nights.

Privacy Extraordinaire

Chose this older house due to its location on the island. Lovely older home with excellent outdoor seating areas around pool, exactly what we wanted. Quiet. Tranquil. Peaceful. 5-15 minutes from outstanding eateries. Had a totally relaxing 4-night visit and next time we go to HHI, will hope that this home is available.

Family vacay

Easy rental and check in process. The house and property are WONDERFUL! Very interesting but awesome layout, older house but very well maintained. The beds are AMAZING. SUPER COMFY. Not your typical rental beds. Did I mention SO COMFY?! Having the bikes included was FABULOUS and so many great trails in Sea Pines. We rode 10 miles daily. The pool area was absolutely dreamy. Gave a real outside feel, pool was a wonderful size, landscaping was great. Chairs outside gave me opportunity to hang outside every morning before the fam awoke. Very spacious allowed for everyone to have their own space but come together for meals and card games. 2 refrigerators made it easy to stock up for the week.overall I can’t say enough good things. We LOVED staying here for the week and didn’t want to leave.

Patrick, there was no black mold found anywhere on premises. We have had the entire property thoroughly power washed, and had the pool area trim replaced and screening secured. Due to the heavy rains, this work could not be done until after your departure.

Wonderful Beach Week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Pines is a great location. Access to the Beach Club and Beach is a big bonus. The house was very comfortable overall. The kitchen was equipped better than most rental properties. The only drawbacks were the parking and the lack of blinds and ceiling fans in the living room. When the afternoon sun hits, it really warms up the front room. Circulating air would be a big help. The sun through windows also causes glare on the TV and can make sitting at the dining room table uncomfortable until the sun sets. Overall, we would return to this property and definitely recommend it.

Nice Location - Easy To Enjoy Hilton Head

Nice open floor plan house, beds were comfortable, loved the heated pool, it was warm and the grandkids loved swimming every day even though it was cold outside, water was warm! It was great having the bikes to get around. I would recommend this house. The listing does not mention that your credit card isn't automatically used to make the final payment 30 days prior to staying, and I wasn't receiving their emails, they were going to spam, so when I got a call that we hadn't made our payment or signed the rental contract, which I didn't know about either, they were going to make me pay an extra 3%, but I was able to get around that once I signed the contract by giving them my bank account information. So a little frustrating, but it all worked out in the end.

Family vacation

This house was great for our vacation, having the pool was so wonderful. Had everything you need for cooking .very nice appliances plus a extra refrigerator which help very much.the furniture and recliners was very comfortable while watching a large tv screen.all beds slept comfortable. Two receptacles didn't work in the kitchen. Management said they would come out but I told them don't worry we had enough receptacles. Management was quick to respond if you needed them. The one thing that I would loved to be better was the driveway. Everything was clean .I would return to this house again for vacation. Plus there needs to be a lock on the screen door coming into the pool from outside.

Do not book!

Let’s start with when we arrived, we found numerous amounts of trash and game pieces under the couches, under the beds and in the desk drawers. Around the pool was very dirty and the bottom of the pool had a lot of dead bugs and leaves. It was in desperate need of vacuuming. The property manager was helpful in getting the cleaning people back out the next day but the cleaning people only swept the floors and mopped. All of the trash that we found before they came was still there after they left. The pool people never came to clean the pool during our stay. We thought the dirtiness came to an end there but no! I opened the kitchen drawer where the utensils were stored and to my surprise was a very large live cockroach! It scurried behind the cabinets so who knows how many are living in there. I would not recommend this property in the slightest. Find somewhere else to stay for your vacation

Thank you for your review, Per your comments the cleaning crew was sent back out immediately after your late night emergency call regarding cleaning issues upon your arrival. We specifically asked you what the issues were prior to sending the cleaning company out and provided that list to the cleaning company. When you called back the following day saying items were missed we called the cleaning company back. Also during that call it was noted the pool was cleaned Saturday, and the pool deck was power washed Friday. Pool cleanings are scheduled Tuesday and Saturday. Unfortunately there was heavy rains on Saturday prior to your arrival. The pool company was contacted and we can confirm they came out on Tuesday to do their regular maintenance. After a phone call to our office the Monday during your stay, pest control was called to come and check the house, and a substantial refund was issued. With additional phone calls made to our office throughout your stay it was made apparent that you were not looking for a reasonable resolution to the issues originally stated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many of these reveal places are really good at showing pictures that are a bit deceiving. The house is really outdated but the pictures really don't show that. The location is great and is a great central location to the Sea Pines area. Our first issue with the place was lack of maintenance. They did come right out to check a leaking roller in the master bathroom but that was it. I had to turn the water on and off and place a dish under it to catch water so that we didn't get any water anywhere. The person who showed up apologized and said we will offer a discount for the inconvenience but when I checked out, all I got was a sorry and we will get it fixed as soon as possible. The pool area is very rundown. The pool is so stained that it looks like it is dirty. The wood above the pool is falling down and is not very appealing to the eye. The living room furniture is old and worn. When you sit in it, you sink down and the wood under your legs by your knee is very uncomfortable. The only way it is comfortable is if you recline.The beds in the 2 bedrooms are comfortable but the mattress in the master is way too soft. The house was clean and had some great amenities but the way management dealt with my toilet issue, it left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been coming to the island for 13 years and this was the first and last time renting through this company.

Great location in Sea Pines

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 10 Water Oak is in a great location on the north end of Sea Pines. The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances and all you needed for cooking in. The pool was so convenient and a nice view from each room. The bikes included with our stay was a bonus! The house is as described, the beds were comfortable and overall we had a great stay. I would recommend this house but it is a bit of a bike ride to the beach.

Family Vacation 2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was a great way to enjoy the adult downtime while the kids played in the pool. I did want to report a strong pet odor around the sofa (along the wall) in the living area.
