SHELL YEAH! 39 Pleasant St., LUXE Brownstone, 30A near BEACH + LSV

Congratulations on finding the perfect luxury brownstone for a large group, "Shell Yeah!" This three-story property, located at The Hub/Big Chill within Prominence on the southside of 30A, offers a generous 3500 square feet of space, enough to comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. The first floor features an open layout with a living area, dining area, gourmet kitchen, and a courtyard, perfect for entertaining and relaxation. Each floor also has its own balcony, and all the rooms are equipped with their own TV, providing plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Overall, this townhome is a great choice for a large family, multiple families, or a group of friends looking for a spacious and comfortable vacation home.

Bedrooms:
The king master suite is located on the second level with a spa like bathroom featuring double sinks, separate tub and shower and large walk in closet. The second level also offers a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third floor offers two bedrooms. One is a bunk room with 4 queen beds and a table for playing games. The other is a king bedroom with desk and sitting area. The third floor has a jack and jill bathroom that share a shower with each room having their own separate sink and toilet. Each bedroom has brand new dream cloud or nectar mattress.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked including a wine fridge for extra beverages, a breakfast nook, and additional cabinet space. It has everything you need to cook a meal at home if you choose. With a bar top, dining room table that seats 8+ and breakfast nook table that seats 4-6, there is plenty of dining space for everyone.

When you aren't enjoying the comforts of this gorgeous home, step outside and into all of the conveniences of Prominence: two resort style pools and The Big Chill fka The Hub, where you'll find restaurants, shopping, concerts, movies, and more. If you prefer some sand between your toes, we offer a 6 seater LSV for use (with signing of waiver and permissible use agreement). Bike rental will give you the freedom to access the beaches (Deer Lake Beach access is 1 mile west and Gulf Lakes Public Access is 1.1 mile east), visit the various little towns along 30a, or explore our beautiful state parks.

Don't forget to bring:
While Shell Yeah!! provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, coffee & filters, laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, laundry soap, coffee, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

The LSV is kept in the garage. Access is provided through the carriage house off the courtyard.

Wonderful!!

Shell Yeah was the perfect place for our family of 14. The pictures do not do this place justice. It is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures. It was spotless and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the beds were luxuriously comfortable. We really enjoyed the location with it being right by The Big Chill and so close to the pools. We could not have asked for a better place to create wonderful family memories!

Perfect home for our stay on 30a

We had a great stay at Shell Yeah! The home is the perfect location on 30a, most beaches and restaurants are a quick golf cart ride away. The home has everything you need and the management is attentive and friendly! We will now make this the home we stay for our annual visits to 30a.

Family Fun

This property was exactly as it was portrayed. It was a beautiful property and well worth the price we paid. Very will furnished property and great location. We would definitely stay at this property again. Plenty of space, large rooms, great bunk room for kids. Great property.

Spacious and well equipped!

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the set-up of the house! It was decorated simplistic, which we love. The hosts were very responsive and even helped jump our rental car. I would recommend this house for a large family or a couple of families. We only had 5 so it was more than enough room. The golf cart was a perfect touch!

Perfect!

From the moment we walked in we noticed this place was even better than the pictures. Clean, beautiful and so well stocked. Plenty of beach towels, great kitchen pots and pans, well stocked with soaps and beach supplies. The location is great and so close to the big chill and shopping. The pool was close by, just a short walk. The owner was so responsive with all communication. We had 8 teens and 4 adults and everyone loved it and was comfortable. We would love to stay here again next time we visit.

Perfect Getaway

This property looked exactly as seen in listing. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you could think of needing. The Location is perfect with the Big chill behind you less than a 2 minute walk and a six seater golf cart if you are venturing farther. Beach access at deer lake (state park) was a quick 2 min drive with a 6 minute walk on a boardwalk free of sand. Once at the beach it was fairly quiet with plenty of room to set up. The property managers were quick to respond to all of our questions and concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home

This home is exceptional! It was so clean. Everything inside the home is top notch. We had a very minor issue with the elevator and the owners were there very quickly to take care of it. The use of the golf cart and bikes made getting around very easy. The beach access point that we used did have a long walk, but once on the beach it wasn't crowded, which was nice. Parking was easy. I can't say enough good about this rental. You can't go wrong booking this home for your vacation.

Amazing Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home this past week. Our group was made up of 2 Grandparents. 2 Adults in their late 30's - and 3 children (ages 12, 10, and 8). The home was excellent. Everything was brand new and in excellent condition. Home was beautiful and stunning. We enjoyed the location being right across the street from The Hub. We went over each night to enjoy entertainment. The beach is not within walking distance. Our favorite beach each day was the Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access. We drove down each day - dropped our group off at the beach and shuttled them back and forth. We look forward to another visit to the 30A area.

AMAZING Place to Stay!!

We had a trip planned that had to be canceled 2 days prior to us leaving due to some roof/ceiling damage from recent storms, so we booked Shell Yeah at the last minute. Having our first trip canceled was a blessing in disguise! This was the nicest rental we have ever stayed at. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by just how nice it was. The finishes are top notch and they thought of just about everything you would need, from a kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking equipment you could need, to pool and beach gear, to games and puzzles. You name it, they had it! It was also located just steps from The Hub/The Big Chill with food, shops, bars, ice cream, and entertainment we could enjoy daily without even having to drive anywhere. We will definitely be booking Shell Yeah in the future!

Amazing property

There are so many wonderful features to this property! The owners have literally thought of everything. I really want to brag on the cleanliness of the townhome. This property is one of the cleanest homes I have stayed at. I really appreciate that, especially as Covid cases were increasing nationally. My entire family was able to relax and enjoy some down time before going back to college and work. It was a perfect way to end the summer. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with all kinds of great gadgets and utensils that made cooking so much fun. We would normally eat out while on vacation, but ended up cooking every meal at the home and I never missed a beat. Our family also loved playing the board games around the dining room table. The beds were comfy and kids loved the blankets! Thank you guys for having us, we hope to plan a trip again soon! Blessings!

Perfect 30a Experience

House is new and very loaded with everything you need. Utensils, pans, etc not worn out like others we have stayed in. Owners are awesome. The HUB is an awesome place ro hang out and is right outside. I couldn't have asked for more... All three generations in the emfamily loved it.

Great Beach Time

Great stay! Neighboring beach was getting renovated, so we drove to Grayton State Park which is easy to get to and beautiful!!!! Owners were amazing and even printed something off for me that I needed! We would stay here again!

We had a fantastic trip with our family.

The townhome was beautiful and perfect for our family’s needs and very clean. We do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Wish there was a closer beach access, but we did love riding our bikes to Deer Lake State Park beach entrance. Absolutely beautiful! Ryan and Whitney were great host and always there to help. Even late at night when we couldn’t get the door unlocked. Lol!

Family vacation!

This property was beautiful! It was super clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. We loved being so close to the Hub! If I had anything negative to say, this place doesn’t have its own beach access. With a couple of little kiddos, we had to drive to the public beach access everyday. They aren’t that far, depending on the one you want to go to, but parking can be tough to find. However, that wouldn’t keep us from coming back. We would just plan better for next time! Thank you so much to the owners for the rental! We had a blast!

Great vacation destination

The house was beautiful, spacious, and extremely comfortable. It was also located close to the beach and conveniently close to the HUB for food, drinks, and entertainment. I would plan to stay again!
