Step inside and discover a bright, open-concept living space designed for effortless entertaining. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed with premium appliances and thoughtful extras, while the adjacent dining and living areas invite laughter-filled gatherings around large smart TVs.

Eastern Lake and Ramsgate offer great access points. Eastern Lake is perfect for kids, providing a calm, shallow spot for floating, catching minnows, playing water games, and rinsing off after the beach. Enjoy both lake and beach access!

Great Stay!

We loved our stay. The house had everything we needed and more. The location of the house is only minutes to the beach. You are only a 10-15 minute drive to the local grocery store and the Seaside shops and restaurants. We'd definitely stay here again. Benchmark Properties was also great with text reminders and checking in with us. Great location and a wonderful stay!

Location was excellent

Practically on the strip but the dead end of it as well- peacefull yet in one min out into the shopping eating and fun!!!! The house was supurb- we left the outside pool area much better than we found it and was so enjoyable seeing it at its finest! Communication was excellent with anything we needed!!!!

Perfect Vacation

Our stay at this property was my first family vacation with my husband and infant son. It was so perfect. The beds at this property are extremely comfortable. Three of the bathrooms appeared to be recently remodeled and looked gorgeous. Overall, our week here was filled with memories that we will treasure forever!

Location and communication were great. We chose this property because it had a pool but it was way too dirty to swim in and there was only one dirty lounge chair by the pool. The property promptly responded that it is cleaned once a week on Saturdays. But It needed to be shocked. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean!

A nice home

Had a great stay at Our Seaside! Pool was perfect and the space was lovely. It should be noted though that to get to the beach, you have to walk through a lake. There is no other public beach access near by. Wagons and ice chests would be hard to carry across the water.

Perfect for family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this beach house. Close to beach and everything. We rented a golf cart which made getting our beach gear to and from the beach a breeze, but it was a short walk as well. We had issue with air conditioner and pool, but management company had someone there within minutes to check it out. We will definitely be back!

Our Seaside - Seagrove Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house - good location - very clean. Beds and furniture are very comfortable. TVs are large. We had a great time and felt very comfortable during our stay. Poolwas cold but they are installing a heater. Rent a Golf cart to make it very easy to get around during your stay.

Beautiful House/great location

We had a wonderful time. House was great. Only issue is water would only get Luke warm. Texted maintenance multiple times but they didn’t fix. I think the hot water heater setting just needs to be turned up. Location was awesome. Pool is not heated so we couldn’t swim. Beds were comfy and TV’s were big!!

Great spot at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house, great location and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of seating for a large group in the common spaces. The pool is great. The only thing we didn't love is that we had to walk through waist deep water to get to the beach. The section of beach utilized by this home is great because it is not packed with wall to wall people renting chairs. But it was a pain to lug all our stuff through the water to get there. We would stay at this property again for sure. You can't beat the location. The bikes were a huge plus. We had teens with us and it allowed them plenty of freedom to bike down to Seaside.

Reviewer Comments: The house was nice and clean and conveniently located to the proximity of the beach. Beware of the onry owner Leeward. She’s adamant about no one sitting on “her” beach. The temperature and definition of heated pool. While it wasn’t blistering cold when my children entered the pool, it was not “heated”.
