1 bedroom condo at Beach Resort

Available June 15-24, 2025 only. Sunday-Sunday. Renovated 4 years ago. Close to beach. 2 outdoor pools, indoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. First floor. Unit has elevator access, and also a few steps access.
Peppertree - Atlantic Beach Resort (Festiva).
Resort requires credit card on file for incidentals. There is no sales pitch/presentation. This is my week that I own.
Check in 4pm 6/15, checkout 10am 6/22. You can come earlier and stay later those days to use the beach access and pools.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great stay!

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed our stay both times. We have younger children so the property fits our needs perfectly. The beach is just a short walk across the street and when we just weren’t feeling the beach we can go to 1 of the 3 pools. The property is also in the center of anywhere we want to go. We always cook on and the kitchen is great to have along with the onsite laundry. We really enjoyed our trip and hope to visit again soon.

Beautiful Beach Get Away

Beautiful place to stay with everything we needed. The house and grounds were very nice and clean. Front office staff was really nice and answered any questions. The beach was a little distance from the complex but it was not a big deal. There were alot of really nice amenities to enjoy on the property including several pools, tennis court, nice areas to sit & relax with grills and fire pits. Also lots of fun things to do just up the road with putt putt, go carts, the aquarium, etc. We had a really nice time and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Beautiful condo-supreme location!

We loved our 1 bedroom newly remodeled condo in Atlantic Beach the week of Big Rock! The condo was very clean and nicely furnished. The bedding was amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our stay in lunch or dinners. We hope to return ASAP! Thank you Peppertree!
