Enjoy beautiful ocean and sound views from your private 3rd floor balcony (no elevator on-property). This upscale 2 bedroom/2 bath villa with direct ocean access is steps away from the beach, courtyard area, outdoor swimming pools, sundeck and grills. Colorful beach décor, LVP flooring, High Speed WiFi, Smart TVs stainless appliances and Corian® countertops.

The 3rd floor condo (no elevators on site) is located in a family friendly and beautiful resort style setting with an incredible courtyard perfect for playing games or relaxing on the deck while you grill your favorite steak or seafood. Swimming pool is encased with a cool top surface that never gets hot and is surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Lounge chairs are provided for us at the pool (pool open: Memorial Day - Labor Day).

While sitting on your private balcony you can hear and see the emerald blue waves roll in onto one of the most beautiful white sand beaches North Carolina has to offer. The beach is frequently re-nourished resulting in one of the widest beaches in the North Carolina. Also from the balcony you can see the ships sailing into the sound and watch the kids play/swim at the pool.

The beach is a short stroll across the courtyard and take the boardwalk over the dunes. If you like collecting shells or walking/running on the beach, take a left and head down to the Point which is approximately 1.5 mile walk along the pristine coastline.

During your stay, you can visit Fort Macon State Park which has a newly built historic museum and is free to the public. Also visit The NC State Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, or head over to Shackelford Banks where the horses run wild and the fishing is superb. Morehead City Boardwalk to also a must see where local fishermen bring in the daily catch. There are also numerous golf courses in the area.

Overall this is a great location and true to the listing listing. Nice views from the balcony. My only request would be that they offer a linen option. It’s a lot of work to pack all the linens and make beds, etc.

Just what we needed for 3 day stay.. Location great, ocean view, next to Fort Macon and only 20 min to great food in Beaufort. Just remember to bring towels and bed linens.

This was our family's first time visiting Atlantic Beach. condo was exactly as described, very clean and in a great location to the beach and pool. The rooms were spacious and equipped with everything you need. The tenant was very nice and helpful. We loved the beach but the weather was bad almost every day during our stay.

Atlantic Beach License to Chill

Clean well-kept third floor unit. Is in a good location and walking distance to ocean beach. Building is older but maintained. Has nice pool and adequate parking. Close to many restaurants and stores along with a state park up the road. There is a view of the ocean from the balcony. Just be aware that it is the third floor and there is no elevator, but the view and breeze make it worth it.
