This condo has just been fully updated with new furniture, flooring and paint. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with comfortable bedding, 2 full baths, living room and a washer/dryer for your convenience. For your entertainment, the condo has new smart TVs with a DVD player in the Living Room with a variety of family movies available at no cost. Close parking is available for 2 vehicles just outside the entranceway. Ground floor location near the beach means no climbing stairwells with easy and quick access to the beach and both pools.

Wash, dry and return all kitchen items and appliances to their cabinets and drawers. The dishwasher should be empty. Empty the refrigerator. Clean the microwave and coffee carafe.
Remove trash liners from the kitchen and bathroom trash cans and place them in the dumpster in the parking lot. Lock the sliding glass doors (lock lever in the ‘up’ position.
Turn off all lights and lock the door. Return the Registration Pack to the front desk.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No partying is permitted.

We loved staying at this condo. It was clean and updated nicely. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The location of the condo to the beach and pools is perfect. There is no ocean view, but we didn't mind as the walk to beach itself is so short. The outdoor pool/slide was great for entertaining our little one. Will definitely keep this listing in mind for future trips to Atlantic Beach!

Brian’s condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Furniture and beds very comfortable. Kitchen had nice appliances and everything we needed to prepare meals. Several nice extras provided were DVDs, games, TVs in three rooms, and beach equipment. The condo is very close to the elevator, the indoor pool, and the beach itself. Brian was very helpful and communicative. Great 8-day stay!

Our Happy Place

APATB is our home away from home. This was our sixth year there vacationing at the beach and the resort is the perfect place for a family vacation. This was our first stay in Brian’s condo. The condo is beautiful, stocked with everything you could ever need. I appreciated Brian’s attention to detail! Everything was easy to find and to use. The beds are super comfortable…we all slept great after a long day at the beach and/or pool. The condo is also in a great location!

Great Beach Vacation!

We’ve stayed in several condos at A Place at the Beach and this one of our favorite by far! The updates and remodeling show through the new flooring, paint, and appliances. Although there’s not much of a view, we liked that the unit was easily accessible on the first floor and located on the quieter side away from the main pool. The stocked kitchen, game cupboard, and beach chairs/toys were enjoyed by all. Brian was helpful and responded quickly when contacted. We will return!

Brian’s place was the perfect location for our beach vacation. The beds were comfortable (which can be iffy in rentals), and the house was stocked with what we needed. We loved having a washer/dryer in the unit so we didn’t have to pack as much. We would definitely stay again.
