This is your home away from home whether you are on vacation or needing a temporary accommodation while you build a house, look for a permanent home or have professional work in the area. It has everything you and your family need and so much more. On a quiet, tree lined street ending in a cul de sac, it is centrally located between Jacksonville and St. Augustine. This pool home is the perfect location to balance family, vacation fun, and work. Only a 40 minute drive to the beach or to Mayo Clinic, less to NAS Naval Station, your family can relax in a comfortable suburban home yet still be close to all that Northeast Florida offers.

Excellent place!

This place did not lack for anything needed. Everything we would want was provided. The pool area was an inviting place to gather. In the mornings the swing was a popular place to drink our coffee.

Exceptional!

Exceptional home and the kids loved it!! The host Bonnie was amazing, great communication. beautifully decorated and clean! The home had everything we needed plus some! The only things we needed was groceries in which Publix is 5 minutes away. Excellent location as well. Beds were amazing, master has a Craftmatic and very comfy! We will never stay in a hotel again! Thank you Bonnie for being the best host we've ever had! Truly home away from home! We will deffinately stay again!! Cheers! Laurie

Wonderful Home!

Beautiful home and a great host! We are a family of eight and booked this home for Spring Break, as well as, to celebrate my husbands birthday. Bonnie was great from the beginning! She asked how we needed our beds set up and they were ready for us when we got there. We needed one room set up as a twin room and also needed to use the sleeper sofa. Bonnie had them set up for us with linens and all. We didn't have to do anything ourselves. The master has an adjustable bed which was perfect for me since I have one myself and have trouble sleeping now without one on vacation. The floor plan of the home is great. We never felt crowded. When I asked Bonnie for good restaurants in the area, she was quick to reply and spot on. She has everything you need in this home as well. Everything is top notch, top grade, and I cannot say enough about how clean it is! We planned to use the pool (which was also extremely clean!) but Florida weather being just that, played a trick on us and turned cold just for our week. Still, we were able to enjoy being outside playing games, grilling, and watching the visiting Canadian Geese. The kids enjoyed walking down to the park area up front and looking for turtles and fish in the water. The home is located in a wonderful area. We traveled several days to all areas of Jacksonville and it was an easy drive. I HIGHLY recommend Bonnie's home and if in the area again, will definitely rebook!

Gorgeous property

This home is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Kitchen & bathrooms very well stocked. Pool area & outdoor space very relaxing! Lots of restaurants within a short drive and Publix just around the corner for meals at the home. Perfect place for our son & grand babies to come visit us while in town. We will definitely rent this property again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Birthday Getaway

We just returned from a Phenomenal stay in the most Beautiful Fleming Island home. Bonnie the owner was so wonderful. She was able to help us with all the details before we arrived. Booking was a breeze and Bonnie was a joy to work with. We were even honored a very late check in. When we arrived the home was so welcoming and so above and beyond what we expected from the pictures. The home is stunning and has every creature comfort needed for an awesome stay. The home is decorated beautifully and cleaned to perfection. Bonnie ensured that we had starter coffees for the morning and then some. Bonnie even had a wonderful selection of board games and wonderful television options for fun movie nights. We cooked in the beautiful kitchen most of our meals and I will tell you anything you need to prepare a small meal to a large feast is there to use. My Mother came to visit us and she kept remarking how simply Fabulous the accommodations were for us! The beds were Outstanding, in fact we are going to purchase the mattress we slept on it was that comfortably awesome. There is a perfect screened pool area that has a beautiful pool that was so welcoming after a day of exploring the area. The pool backs to a tranquil waterway filled with the beautiful sounds of birds. The tropical setting is like the garden of Eden. There is a barbecue gas grill if you choose to cook outdoors. You will be so happy you selected this home for location as well, not a far drive from the JAX airport, close to the beaches and also the extremely charming St Augustine which offers so much to see and experience. We will definitely return to this beautiful home in Fleming Island Florida. A hidden gem you need to discover. Thanks Bonnie
