Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property very much. There were luxurious and thoughtful features throughout. It was a fantastic value for what we received - a large, 2-bedroom unit with lots of luxury amenities in a fantastic location. We would choose it again.

Great Location

We stayed here while we helped move our daughter out of her room at the ASU GLV. It’s located a short walk away from the GLV, and also very close to groceries and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed to cook some homemade meals, the furnishings were comfortable, and it was a great place to spend the weekend. We would gladly stay here again.

No frills, very clean and fairly comfortable space. Laundry was super convenient. AC worked great but was VERY loud. Check-in and -out a breeze.I felt some attention to detail could have upped it a notch: We were given 2 towels/pool towels for 3 people. And there were 3-4 dishes/utensils each, which required us to handwash after every use. Pool has no shade so it was not really usable in August except after sun down.

The apartment is centrally placed to explore the greater Phoenix area and makes this an easy hub for visiting family and friends in PHX
