We had a great stay at Greg’s place! He has amazing communication and he keeps everything clean, up-to-date, and very welcoming. The kitchen was stocked well for cooking, the washer and dryer were definitely a bonus and having a pool here was wonderful! I would definitely recommend staying here.

I'm sorry if you didn't get the gate code of building location, I always have it in my check in instructions. I know that sometimes when instructions are sent via VRBO check in instructions it has not always had all the info. I usually send instuctions by direct message to renter on VRBO this is what I copy paste: Gate code to get into condo area is #**** or #****, enter the # symbol first then the number. Front gate is on Pierpont near corner of ********. Covered parking space is #26, 2nd canopy on the right as you come through the gate. Your unit **** is 2nd building on the left as you come in, stairway is right by garages. I can check you in or you can use the lock box, I live about 12 minutes away. There is a book sitting in upper left corner on ent. center with instructions on wi-fi and other items, and check out instructions with pool and door keys on the counter right of fridge. Please don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions. Thanks, ****

Great place to stay for our weeks stay.

Condo had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels, mattress was comfy and this unit was very close to the main heater pool! Close to restaurants and grocery store and basically anything you needed.

This property is well desired by renters. With two pools, 3 gas grills, plenty charcoal grills, and a volleyball net in green space area. Riparian Preserve with numerous wildlife habitat is less then a 2 mile walk along the canal.
