Garden Oasis

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was quaint and clean. But what really stood out to us was the owner. We came for the 4th of the July weekend, and the weather wasn’t with us. She gave us plenty of ideas for us to do with our days with the unavoidable weather. She was attentive and kind, and gave us good insight to the local fare. We would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Location great for getting around RI

The location was great: by car, very easy access to Narragansett/ beaches, Providence, Block Island Ferry. We met a very friendly/ helpful person who was doing pre-arrival cleaning (we got there early). Pictures are more crisp than reality, and don’t reflect current state of disrepair but still a comfortable, safe place to stay. NOTE: It’s a downstairs apt and pretty noisy at night Re: we REALLY heard people walking above and their TV—bring white noise!

Host Was wonderful, attentive and helpful? Place was perfect, quiet. Exactly what we were looking for There was a problem with the people living upstairs & the noise at night made hard for us to get to sleep. Apparently, you can hear every word etc they're talking about. They were not disruptive, they were not being rude just there. Walking around around and talking could be heard in the bedroom too easily. no ones fault

Little garden oasis

This apartment was wonderful for our family. It was clean, cozy and it was in a great location for our family. The privacy was great and yet it was so conveniently located. The owners were fantastic and greeted us with warm hospitality. We would definitely recommend this area.

We had a great time! Kaitlyn helped us navigate through our entire stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked w whatever you might need. We had a hummingbird come to visit us while enjoying coffee each morning on the patio . Such a Delight!

great location, amenities, very responsive property manager !

we're a couple from nyc, used rental as home base for 3 days at the newport jazz festival, excellent location, lot of good places to eat in the area, unit was well appointed, great shower, tv , fairly quiet. only one slight caveat-- the 4 stone steps down leading to the door could use some kind of railing. otherwise, highly recommended.
