Nautical, romantic suite w/deck overlooking Warwick Neck Cove, pet-friendly!

Enter this beautiful suite through a private entrance. Enjoy the incredible view ,from your own private deck. The deck has a gate to keep your four legged friend safe. There is a pet fee of $40 per stay with an additional $25 per week, over the first week. There is a $40 room cleaning fee charged when you book with an additional $30 per extra weeks. A welcome home-baked treat awaits your arrival! Your suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. the fridge will have water and fruit. Slip into the comfy robes provided to you to relax on the deck watching boats and wildlife or to make your way down to the private hot tub. Enjoy some relaxing time watching the 54" TV. The TV boosts lots of channels including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Peacock and FUBO. When you are ready for a hot shower, I provide complimentary samples of a homemade soap, body butter and scrub! There are beaches, entertainment and delicious restaurants , just minutes away. I pride myself on making sure you love your stay andI have been a premier host since 2015. I always keep you updated on all the events and goings on in the "Fun size State"!

The room and bathroom were very clean. There was homemade cinnamon apple bread and fresh fruit in the room when we arrived. The deck was nice and you could see the water and marina. We used the hot tub a couple times and it felt great. We also talked to our host, Cindy, a few times, she was awesome and recommended a few different restaurants and markets. We were there for four nights and will probably be back!

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! Close your eyes for a minute and imagine sitting on the deck on a warm summer or early fall evening. My favorite thing is hearing the music wafting across the cove from a local bar or nearby boats! Do plan on visiting again!

Perfect little getaway with a nice view in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was very attentive and added a lot of generous touches, like homemade banana bread and toiletries. The hot tub was a little tricky because it was literally freezing outside, but it was so worth it once we got in.

This property was absolutely stunning and the host was amazing! We stayed for our 20th anniversary and she welcomed us with fresh baked peanut butter banana bread and a dish of fresh fruit, along with samples of her homemade soap, body scrub, and lotion. We can’t wait to come back!

The room was super cute and very clean! Our host was very quick with Communication when we ran into a little issue at check in. The corn bread that was prepared for us was so delicious !! The only con of this stay was that there was a missing lock on the door connecting to their home. It made us a little uncomfortable but otherwise everything was super cozy. The bed was super comfortable to sleep in

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The harbor views were beautiful from our private deck. The suite was clean and had great amenities! Cindy was an amazing hostess and even left us a baked good, fresh fruit and tomatoes from her garden! She had several suggestions of where to visit which we appreciated! The hot tub was an added bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

Photos accurately portray the property- peaceful and right off the harbor, room clean and quaint with everything you need. Host has lots of personal touches which make it really nice. Very easy to communicate with!
