This one bedroom, one-bathroom direct ocean front condo features amazing floor to ceiling sliding door/windows that give visitors unrestricted views of the Atlantic Ocean. Located on the no-drive beach, guests have access to beautiful white sand that is perfect for biking, running, and long walks. Notes - Sunrise Condos has been under-going an extensive (and expensive) concrete restoration process. All balconies and Sliding glass doors were replaced in 2020 to withstand a category 5 hurricane. That construction process is complete. Around October 2024, construction will begin on the parking garage. The HOA has not given specific details other than it should be about a 6 month project. Working hours are 8am to 5pm and construction ends at 5pm each day. Construction crews typically do not work on rainy days.

At the October 2022 HOA meeting, the board decided to reduce pool heating costs and only heat the pool during Christmas and New Year's. So the pool is now seasonally heated.
