The penthouse is equipped with a double balcony, accessible through the bedroom and living room, the balcony faces the ocean. You will be able to sleep soundly with sounds of the ocean waves. This condo is within walking distance of historical Flagler avenue, which has many shops, versatile restaurants, and taverns. Ample parking is provided, as well as security on staff 24/7. If the dates that you are looking for are not available owner has another unit on the fifth floor with a direct oceanfront view as well. Contact owner for rates and availability.

This condo was a lovely place to stay. My wife and I have been to NSB many times but this was our first time staying at this particular resort. The amenities were wonderful and the location is extremely convenient given the proximity to Flagler Ave. We were able to easily walk down to the shops, get ice cream, etc. even with our toddler. Tricia is very communicative and easy to work with.
