Perfect location and accommodations for our long weekend visit. Lakefront location is perfect for relaxing mornings. Also, easy walk to some great restaurants.

This was a wonderful place to stay , the host was very informative on places to see and the house is absolutely beautiful . The lake behind the condo is very convenient and a beautiful place to visit I would absolutely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay in Avon. The condo was in a perfect location to walk around the lake and walk to numerous dining options. I also took advantage of the beautiful dark skies and used my smart telescope to capture the North America Nebula. I would have loved to stay longer!

Great location and views. Covered parking spot with wagon to haul our gear was great. This place had everything we needed, was clean, beds were comfortable. Loved view over the lake. We walked around the lake daily and saw trout all over. Not a single complaint. We will stay here again.

Great place to stay

The condo was great, just a few minutes from restaurants and short distance to the resort. Very clean and the communication was excellent. Will hopefully revisit next year!

I would highly recommend this property, unless it’s going to be really hot in the area. It was in the 90’s and there isn’t air conditioning. Master bedroom is upstairs and gets very hot. We did find a portable air conditioner to help but there wasn’t a great way to vent it out the window. Everything else was as advertised. Great location, well stocked, and perfect for a family vacation in the area. Communication was great and easy to check in and out.

Great Stay to ski Beaver Creek

We really enjoyed our stay. My family of five stayed here for our spring break ski trip to beaver creek. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and timely. We will definitely return for another stay.

Summer mountain getaway

3rd time staying at the property, has everything we look for. Great location, many activities nearby to keep us outside (fishing, paddleboard, biking, pickleball) and a very comfortable couch and huge TV for when it's time to rest up. Covered parking and very safe/inviting community.

Lovely couple of days in Avon!

This condo was located right by the bike trail as well as a swimming beach. Easy to access, incredibly well equipped and just downright fun! So much to do in the area!

This is our 2nd time staying with Liz. We love her Avon home. A wonderful spot to stay to enjoy skiing at Beaver Creek. We hope to return again!

We had a great stay and found the apartment to be very comfortable and well-suited for our family ski trip. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to Beaver Creek and enjoy everything the area has to offer.The host was friendly, professional, and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear from start to finish, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay.Overall, this was a pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again or recommend the property to others visiting the area.
