o Bedroom # 3: Two Twin beds (perfect for the kids!)
- Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom ensure convenience for all guests.

- Pet Fee: $100 Nonrefundable (2 pet limit); Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.
- Air Conditioning: Thermostat temperature locked at 72 degrees to ensure unit is not being overloaded.
