Outstanding property and great owner!!!

We booked this property for a three month stay and couldn’t have been more pleased. The property is marvelous and in the best location. Its is truly paradise here with Vanderbilt beach out your back door! The owner was great to work with and this is truly an A+ property with A+ owners! I highly recommend without any reservations! We loved it so much that we bought our own condo next door!

This was a total joke

This was a total joke. The combination to the gate didn’t work right. The next day the water was turned off for most of the day. The next day the Internet didn’t work for part of the day. I never could get the televisions to work because the owner was not able to give me the proper codes to turn them on. I thought the building and grounds were very clean the pool was excellent everything else was less than good I also forgot that the door assembly fell apart. I also thought that the condo association required a personal check and a financial statement check was way out of line.

We are close to retirement from the great state of South Dakota. We admit the winters in SD get to be unbearable but that is the one of the many reasons we love coming to Naples. We find Naples is always a friendly and sunny destination and enjoy visiting anytime of the year.

Why they chose this property

We love our very cozy and comfortable place and we want to share it with others. You will spend 5 times more $ to be 30 seconds shorter walk to the beach than ours. But we will guarantee that our condo is nicer than any multi-million $ unit. We made sure that our get-a-way home is your get-a-way home. This isn't your typical rental. It will be like most good folks homes. This is how we roll here in South Dakota and we sure hope you consider ours. Please reach out to us for any questions Jamie and Christine.
