Well equipped villa in a beautiful location

Christine’s villa had everything necessary for a comfortable stay with beautiful views from all of the terraces. Moraira and the surrounding area is charming.Thankyou Christine

Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit 5 Personen bewohnt und von der Größe her war es absolut passend – es gab genügend Platz für alle. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight und hat uns gut gefallen.Allerdings gab es einige Punkte, die uns weniger zugesagt haben:Die Außenmöbel waren nicht in dem Zustand, wie wir es von den Bildern im Internet erwartet hatten. Es gab nur drei Liegen, teils beschädigt, mit jeweils zwei Polstern. Für die restlichen Möbel fehlten ordentliche Polster, und die vorhandenen Sitzkissen am Esstisch waren leider sehr verschmutzt.Der runde Tisch im Außenbereich hatte gar keine Stühle, sodass man ihn überhaupt nicht nutzen konnte.Ein Sonnenschirm war kaputt.Der Garten wurde zwar vom Gärtner besucht, aber nicht wirklich gepflegt. Da es keinen Besen gab, konnten wir die vielen Blätter, die in den Pool gefallen sind, auch nicht wegkehren.Auch im Außenbereich bei der Küche gab es Probleme: Das Wasser der Klimaanlage lief den Weg entlang, wodurch es dort ständig nass und verschmutzt war.Insgesamt war die Unterkunft von der Raumaufteilung und durch den Pool zwar schön, der Außenbereich entsprach aber leider nicht den schönen Bildern im Internet. Für den Preis, den wir bezahlt haben, hätten wir einen deutlich besseren Gesamtzustand erwartet.
