The home offers a private dock. So yes, bring your boat or relax beside the water with a glass of wine as you admire the fish and manatees.
The home has several kayaks and we also supply the life jackets and whistles. There are two bicycles (helmets supplied) to enjoy riding around the tranquil neighborhood.

You will have all of the comforts of your home, in this spacious 2,136-square-foot getaway. Sunnybrook has everything you need to vacation in style. In addition, the property has 100+ feet of seawall, with a dock and fishing station, as well as a outside shower to rinse off! There are flat-screen Smart TVs throughout the house and electric fireplace for the cooler nights.

The second story of the luxury waterfront home offers a living room with tall ceilings, large windows, glass French doors to both screened in patios so tons of natural light! The gourmet kitchen features wraparound quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, JennAire gas grill, double wall oven, and blender to make a perfect frozen drink. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite recipes. Enjoy your meal with plenty of space for you and your guest!

Master Bedroom: Located on a private 3rd floor has a King size Bed with ensuite bathroom featuring separate shower and Jacuzzi tub, separate private toilet and bidet. A Smart TV, a reading nook with loveseat, private balcony accompanying a bistro table and chairs overlooking the Gulf. This is the perfect place for your morning coffee or to watch the sunset over the Gulf wine in hand (or mouth)!

2 Furnished screened in patios both on 2nd floor one with a dining table for 6 and the other patio with a sectional for lounging, ground level features an outdoor waterfront dining area, as well as a gas grill, outside shower and hammock for two, all in full view of the water.
NEW - fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs to roast marshmallows and enjoy the view on the water.

Boating adventures begin right at your doorstep, with the canal flowing into the Gulf of Mexico! Crystal River is known as a world-class fishing destination, with 3 spring-fed rivers feeding into the Gulf of Mexico and countless islands and coves for unbeatable fishing!
Crystal River is known as the premier scalloping destination! Scallop Season runs July through September. Don’t forget you can take your boat right from the house or rent one and dock it at the home.
Besides our world class fishing Crystal River offers many springs and parks, Hunter Springs & Three Sisters Spring are a few that allow you to experience our beautiful manatees first hand! Whether from land, boat, swimming or diving the options are endless. If you’re a history lover we recommend checking out Crystal River Archaeological State Park which features the remains of ancient Native American burial mounds, temple mounds and more!
If you are looking for some a day trip with a little adrenaline rush try Busch Gardens, Disney World or Universal Studios which are all only a few hours away.

For pure relaxation float down Rainbow River in a tube, kayak or try out paddle boarding from near by K.P. Hole. The crystal clear water is serene.
