Bring friends and family together in our amazing 2.5 acre property on a private cul-de-sac just minutes from town.

Enjoy everything this beautiful mountain region has to offer while retreating in the comfort of this bright, spacious, forested gem.

Food brings people together and this gourmet, restaurant quality kitchen will not disappoint. Outfitted with two refrigerators, two dishwashers and a commercial stove/oven/cooktop, chef or amateur will enjoy creating in this kitchen.

With available seating for 24 plus guests, this retreat provides the ultimate in gathering friends and loved ones together.

There are 6 bedrooms . Five of them offer King beds and spacious living space and the 6th (Bunkhouse), accommodates up to 16 guests with 8 full size bunks. *****Nightly rates are based on the 5 King bedrooms, accommodating 10 guests. Any number over that amount is charged a per person, per night rate of $20. These guests are accommodated in the ‘bunkhouse’ bedroom.*****

Four separate gathering spaces provide access to conversation, games or TV/movie entertainment as desired.

Multiple decks and large patio provide endless outdoor enjoyment, whether grilling and relaxing, tossing a basketball, playing lawn games, bird watching or star gazing.

Wildlife viewing is abundant. Deer, elk, Javelina, rabbits, squirrels and woodpeckers are common visitors.

Unfortunately, this is not an 'event' site property and pets are not allowed.

Please know that our objective is to continue a constant effort to enhance and improve the property to optimize the experience for our guests…….a that includes for us and our family and friends!

Beautiful home that is extremely clean and very organized! We did a girls weekend and had plenty of room for all of us, and very comfortable. We spent time outside at the fire pit and in the kitchen for big meals. You feel like you're in the middle of nowhere but very close to town. Would love to come back, thank you!

Our host was very welcoming, the kitchen had almost everything we needed as well. This is a place to host A LOT of people. It was super fun. Only thing I would recommend is a fire pit that uses wood for an actual warm fire. Other than that, our stay was great, we had a wonderful time.

This is an amazing property! We were so glad to find it again. The new owners have added some great touches like the gas fire pit in the back yard and the air hockey table. If you are bringing a large family to Pinetop, its your best option

Perfect house and property for a big group

This house is THE BEST for staying with a large group. Lots of bathrooms, chairs everywhere for eating and visiting (both indoors and out) plenty of parking space, and a large kitchen. The blacktop in the kitchen is so great for making piles of pancakes. The hosts are so gracious and have been wonderfully communicative the last few times we stayed. We're so happy with our experience here we are repeat guests!

オーナー : Richard and Peggy Warren

Adventure & travel have been passions for us, Peggy and Richard, since before we were married 43 years ago. And that passion has translated into the same for our 2 children.
Growing up in Michigan, lakes and rivers were never more than 7 miles away......and not unlike the Pinetop/Lakeside region, 4 seasons of outdoor adventure was always possible. Cabin retreats and freshwater sports are what we grew up doing and this Arizona region felt very familiar.

As our careers moved us around the country, we were fortunate to broaden our adventure thirst into many new experiences and places. Richard spent 7 years of Geological research on the Alaskan glaciers and Peg taught school children in a tiny Pacific fishing village in Jalisco, Mexico; two pretty extreme experiences. After meeting and marrying, we chose to fill in those extremes by broadening our travel experiences.
Richard's Aerospace career landed us in California where we ultimately raised our 2 children and settled on a small ranch on a mountain top in S. California.

Now, as grandparents, we seek to enrich the lives of those who desire to explore with friends and family while strengthening bonds through adventure, play, food and great times together.

There's something unique about the draw of someone's roots......the familiar, the comfortable, the wholesomeness of coming home. This is what drew us to the Piinetop/Lakeside region. From our home to your stay.......WELCOME!
