Beautiful Florida beach style waterfront home - conveniently located 1 block from Estero Boulevard, 1 block from private beach access and trolley. Located on 1st floor, comfortably furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully equipped kitchen and with screened lanai. Property has amazing views of lush garden, with tropical trees, and is surrounded by beautiful oaks in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Very quiet and safe neighborhood, with great location to private beach access. approx. 1 mile from CVS, Santini Plaza (Shopping Plaza); Publix and restaurants.
