POOL Home in Paradise

Tastefully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom SaltWater pool home with a fenced in private backyard. This house is located in the highly desired Rotonda West community (White Marsh) that is near many golf coarses and just a short drive to Englewood beach.

This home has lots of natural light and sliding doors from most rooms leading to the peaceful and inviting backyard. This home features a large family room with TV, formal living room, large kitchen with center island, formal dining room, breakfast area, 3 spacious bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms.

The Master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom. The bedroom contains a king size bed, TV, and sliding doors leading to the pool area. The bathroom contains a walk in shower, and granite counters with double sinks.

The 2 guest rooms are located on the opposite side of the house. One guest room contains a queen bed and the other has a twin bed and pull out sofa. These 2 rooms share a bathroom that with a spacious updated shower and granite counters.

The kitchen features granite counters, a center island, pantry, and a breakfast bar. The kitchen in fully equipped with everything you need including cups, glasses, plates, utensils, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.

Two lounge chairs are provided. A grill for outdoor cooking is provided as well as patio furniture. Note: propane tank is provided however it is the guests responsibility to refill as needed.

This home has plenty of room for everyone. This is your home away from home! Sleeps 4-6 comfortably. Streaming Cable and Internet are provided.

Great space

The house was beautiful. Clean, spacious, and well socked. The pool was amazing, and the backyard was great for our dog!! Caroline was very prompt with responses to our questions. The neighbors were also very friendly and kind. It was a safe neighborhood also.

Beautiful Vacation Home

We stayed at this property for a few weeks in December 2024 and there is nothing to disappoint here. Property has everything you would need for an extended stay and the neighborhood is wonderful! Close to Englewood, Port Charlotte and North Port with many different beaches to choose from. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Outdoor area with pool is very nice and is a great place to have your morning coffee or eat meals. A big thanks to our host Caroline for being a very attentive host and for her quick response time with any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is like a brand new home. Fantastic salt water pool, dog friendly home w/ fenced yard. Furniture is like new, flooring looks great & easy to keep clean w/ dog & family. Kitchen was large, well equipped & open to FMR w/ oversized flat screen TV. Close to beaches like Boca Grande, Englewood, Palm Island. The property mgr / owner were very responsive to any questions that we had. For someone who typically has very high standards when renting I was impressed w/ this rental & would definitely recommend.

Home away from home!

We loved our stay in Rotonda West! Amenities were better than described (there were beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels!) and the home was beautiful and well-maintained. It was very clean and well-furnished and the location was outstanding! A great neighborhood for walking, running, biking, golf and even a park and playground. Within a 20 min drive to great beaches (Englewood and Boca Grande) and anything you could need (Port Charlotte and North Port). Venice Beach and the Punta Gorda airport were only a 40 min drive away. Communication with Caroline, the property manager, was fast and easy, as was the check-in and check-out process. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more and would definitely book this home again!
