Beautiful quiet island life

Unique island experience! Very quiet, beautiful beach with sand and shells. House is set up with everything you need- towels, beach chairs, etc. very clean and comfortable beds! Nice porch for watching the sunset. There are some notes about the island- the resort restaurant and gift shop have specific hours, and have days they are closed- so check if you are planning on going there! The ferry is super easy and quick!The beaches are beautiful and quiet, really a very special place!

Beautiful weather and house

The property was fine. Some wood laying in back but out of the way. We were hoping there would be some sports channels without having to subscribe. Re NCAA tournaments.

Just What We Needed

Just the right amount of solitude on the ocean with easy access to creature comforts we wanted for vacation. We loved the long walks on the beaches on Don Pedro...they were quiet and beautiful. But we also appreciated the proximity of amenities on the mainland like restaurants, shopping, seafood and music festivals, and easy day trips to other beaches and communities.

Perfect for our family!

The property was spotless upon arrival. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. The home is exactly what our family needed. We had everything we needed to be cozy and comfortable and have a great time. We will be staying here next year for certain!

Fishing Trip

We had the most relaxing stay at the house. We enjoyed seeing all the island had to offer. The house was big and cozy at the same time. We loved every detail. Bonoficio was the best to deal with and he answered all my questions immediately.

Quiet cottage

House was very clean on inside (except for a few small ants/spiders) near coffee area. Ant traps were not doing the job. Still was in need of repair from the hurricane but did not affect our overall enjoyment of the property. Picked up many screws and pieces of metal in yard. Lots of damage to island but companies were working very hard to bring it back to the beautiful island it once was.

Spacious and up to date

The property was clean, modern and as advertised. It had everything we needed for our short stay. The only minor problem was the presence of small ants in several rooms. Given the recent hurricane, it may be understandable that an exterminator visit may have been missed.

Awesome Stay

If you want a quiet and relaxing place to stay, this is it. The house is well maintained and though there are others houses there too, it's peaceful. Boni was super responsive to any questions we had before the trip. I do recommend planning ahead for food you will need for the week. The ferry back and forth is a little pricey. Oh, and they rent golf carts at the resort on the island and it came in very handy.

Cute and Clean!!

This house is way nicer in person than in the pictures. VERY CLEAN and open. The setup under the house provided a cool and shaded breeze to relax in the hammock or sit in the lawn chairs and talk with the family by the grill. The screened in back porch was priceless when the bugs started to bite. I can assure you if you are looking for a cute and clean place to stay, this is it! Well worth the price!

Wonderful Stay

Bono’s home was incredible! I recommend renting this property if you are looking for a house close to the beach. The home was clean and beautiful. Boni was extremely responsive with any issues we had and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be returning!
