🔻We keep our nightly rate among the lowest in the city for this class of property by asking our guests to be responsible for their electricity use. Base usage includes a rate of 150 kilowatts per day / 1050 kWh per week. There is a charge of $3.65 MXN/kWH (approximately $0.20 USD) for excess use. For monthly stays the guest must cover the use of electricity.

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing property. It’s right on a beautiful beach. The views from balconies were amazing, the host provided all necessary amenities and more. Overall it was a great experience for our family!

Stunning apartment, perfect for our needs. The most amazing view on 3 sides due to the corner location. 4 amazing bedrooms- 3 with great views. The apartment is so well stocked with all one needs, tons of toilet paper, towels, kitchen supplies etc. Pool supplies and toys for the kids. The pool is the biggest I have ever seen, and hardly anyone in it, not crowded at all. Massive wading pool for the little ones, and a separate kids pool, all with beach views.Georgina is the best VRBO host we have ever had, she gave us a huge bowl of fruit, 2 bottles of wine, water, ice and beer in the fridge. Excellent communication, super responsive. I recommend this place 100% to anyone coming to PVR. We would definitely stay here next time we come visit.

This is an incredible gem of a place. Georgina was a very responsive host. The condo was clean and incredibly spacious for two families. The kitchen was stocked with many basics, fruit, beer, and wine. The views from this place were beyond incredible. The resort itself was awesome and there were plenty of pool chairs and space to never feel crowded. The pool was massive and our kids had a blast playing in it everyday. The gym was nicely equipped. Security was great and we always felt safe. The condo was also in a perfect location. Close to the airport, close to the Romantic Zone, and there were a lot of high end and delicious restaurants within a short walk. We can’t wait to come back next summer.

Better than advertised!

First of all, Gina was the best! She answered all of our questions prior to arrival very quickly. She met us at the condo and explained all the features of the condo. She had QR codes for anything you could imagine i.e., operating Wi-Fi, appliances, etc... Secondly, the condo was better than the photos. It fit our needs perfectly. The view(s) were incredible, and Gina gifted us with a fruit basket and there were bath accessories that we did not expect. She made sure we had her WhatsApp phone contact in case we needed anything and reminded us of when the maid was coming so we could be prepared for the arrival. She afforded us a little extra time on our departure day as our flights were late in the day. Since we were from two separate parts of the US enjoying a reunion of sorts, this was a much-appreciated special touch that she did not have to do. This speaks to her caring and character. I would not recommend any other place in PV to anyone who would need a large condo. It was as close to perfect as it gets. We will always remember this trip partly because of the beautiful condo and partly because of Gina's caring generosity.

This condo had everything at our finger tips!

Our host Georgina was very attentive from the start. She promptly answered questions before our stay. Also, she communicated with us during and after our stay as well. Her kitchen is well equipped and very clean. She provides every utensil imaginable and spice to make cooking in the condo very easy. She left us a few things in the frig to welcome us- nice touch. We didn’t have to go out and replenish napkins or paper towels. The living room, bar and dining area was spacious and she provided games for the family. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. In one guest room there were beach toys. She also has coolers, umbrellas, blankets and beach towels for pool/ beach. In the Master bedroom are plenty of towels, blankets and sheets. The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, soap and shampoos. The wardrobe in Master bedroom has every imaginable toiletry such as; sunscreen, bug spray, antacids, first aid kit- to name a few. The blfg amenities were nice . Clean pool and an array of available seating. Bldg staff are very helpful. This location is close to restaurants and city bus bus. Taxis are prompt. Overall, great stay. We are recommending property to family and friends. Thank you, Georgina for a great stay!

Amazing property you won’t regret it.

Stayed here for 10 days with our family of 8. We had 6 adults and two kids 10/8. When we first walked in and saw that view I almost cried . The pictures don’t do it justice . Simply breathtaking. The condo has so much room and privacy with everyone having there own bedroom and bathroom. Hearing the sound of the ocean while sleeping at night I will miss. Whale watching and dolphins while having coffee on the balcony was my favourite part of the day. The kids thought that was so amazing. The location is great only about a 10min walk to the grocery store .. that has everything almost like a superstore or Walmart back home . Walmart is only another 10min past that . 10min taxi ride to downtown puerto Vallarta and only around 100pesos. Condo comes with everything .. from bath amenities ( soap .. body wash ..) to games to beach and pool toys . All you need is food. Gina has to be the best owner I’ve dealt with . So very kind and caring and she’s quick with all questions or problems . You will not be disappointed with this place . The pool / beach is all so great. The pool has a place where you can order food and drinks .. probably the best food and drinks I’ve had at a pool / beach bar before . And prices are reasonable. We couldn’t have been happier with this place and it made our holiday that much more amazing. Thank you Gina.

Ms. Villalobos was an outstanding property manager to work with. Her detailed information and wonderful welcome were a pleasant surprise. Our group of 8 had plenty of room and the views from the unit are magnificent! The wrap around patio was amazing. Huge pool with secure beach access as well as poolside drinks and food service was especially nice. We will definitely book this property again!!!

Perfect In Every Way!

My family of 6 recently stayed at this property just before Christmas and we highly recommend it!! Georgina is an amazing host and stayed in contact with us for the duration of our stay, pointing out good grocery shopping locations, COVID testing sites, letting us know then there would be fireworks on the beach etc. If I messaged her with a question she was very prompt with her reply. She also dropped off a lovely treat for us to celebrate the holiday season and had special candy bags for my children when we arrived. The condo itself is stocked with everything you could possibly need, from appliances to extra bedding, games, towels etc. The furnishings are in great shape and it comes with the most incredible views. It is absolutely spotless. I would have NO hesitation about staying here. The location is great, walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks and a shopping mall. It is a very quiet complex, so if you are looking to play loud music and party this may not be the location for you. If you are looking to relax and take in amazing sunsets, then this is the place for you! The balcony on all three sides of the building gives you so many options to sit in the sun or shade. We actually spent way more time in the room than we normally would because the views were so incredible at all hours of the day/night. When you get off the elevator you walk through the lobby right into the pool area. No matter what time of day we were always able to find chairs at the pool or on the beach. They have bar and food service on the beach and at the pool with very reasonably priced drinks and excellent food options (you can also bring your own). The front desk staff are incredibly helpful with any questions about the area, calling cabs etc. We enjoyed several massages in the spa as well. Security is always around and the complex and area felt very safe. From the hotel, cleaning, bar and security staff we never met anyone who wasn’t friendly, attentive and accommodating. The beach is spotless and quiet. It was never crowded and the water was swimmable while we were there. We watched numerous whales from the balcony. There is a bar of some kind next door that played music on the Friday and Saturday- but other than that we would not have known it was there. If this bothers you just plan some meals out or day trips on those days. The pictures and description in the ad is accurate. It really is as good as it looks. It represents 5-star luxury.

Beautiful place

We loved our stay in 14D Peninsula Vallarta. Gina was great to work with. The place had the most incredible view, large kitchen and living area with a wrapping balcony, and the bedrooms all had either large windows with a view or a balcony as well. We loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. The A/C in the bedrooms works great and it’s the only place you need it since you have the ocean breeze everywhere else. The 4th bedroom is small with no window, not a lot of air, but our teenager slept fine in there once we cooled it off. The cleaning person came twice while we were there, she was so nice. It’s in the hotel zone so it’s not a public beach. Our beach was never crowded, we were always able to get a chair and have ample room. Many times we were the only ones there. Peninsula also has the most beautiful pool- they keep it very clean, and it looks right out to the ocean. It’s also HUGE, so again, we never felt crowded, always plenty of room. Location was great- not crowded where we were and a short cab ride to everywhere we wanted to go. Loved it!

Amenities, Condo and View 5 Stars - What a great place for a family vacation.

If you are looking for 5 star luxury in a perfect setting then this condo is the place for you. Georgina was a wonderful host and was always available to answer questions or solve any minor issues we had. The Condo has 4 rooms and the smaller room is great for kids with the bunk bed arrangement. Georgina even provided an additional portable air conditioner for this room to ensure our kids where comfortable (Which was only really needed to cool the room off as it stayed comfortable all night). She has a great assortment of appliances and cooking ware that allowed for ourselves to not worry about what we wanted to cook, or how we would cook it. The view and amenities of the condo are amazing - The pool is heated for even those cooler days and is absolutely huge to avoid over crowding. The beach is also wonderful and very spacious. We arrived during one of the busiest times of year and where always able to find room for our family at the pool and beach when needed. Security and the staff around the complex are amazing. They are super attentive, friendly and approachable. The one thing to note is that this is a condo complex with many owners that stay their over the winter. Because of this the rules are strictly enforced and at times can seem a bit much (For example saving chairs at the beach / pool can only be for 30 minutes and are strictly enforced), however as you are a guest it is understandable and as a plus the noise for parties, or unruly guests is also dealt with in a timely manner so your vacation is very relaxed. If your looking for a great place with a great host I would strongly encourage renting this unit.

Amazing!

Gina was the best Property Manager we have ever dealt with in over 15 years of renting condos in Puerto Vallarta. She is prompt in responding to emails, met us immediately at the condo, and had a lovely fruit basket and wine for our arrival. The view is breathtaking; you can see the entire Bay! Accommodations were excellent; the most comfortable mattresses in all of the bedrooms. The condo was stocked very well; towels, bedding, blankets, and kitchen/laundry items. What made this rental stand out was that Gina supplied a number of basics; tin foil, plastic wrap, paper towel, kleenex, spices, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, cleaning products, toilet paper, laundry soap and softener, large bottles of shampoo, and other toiletries, etc. We have never had all of these items supplied in the past and we were very thankful. The location is perfect; you are minutes away from Walmart and Costco and central to visiting either the Marina, Malecon, or Old Town. The airport is 10 minutes away; so convenient! The condo complex is very well maintained and the grounds and pool area are lovely. Staff were attentive and friendly. Security is serious business there and you will feel very well taken care of. This is a condo with several positives and a number of drawbacks.

View and beach are #1. Building amenities are of very high quality - pools, fitness center , activities room Manager was very kind and helpful and returned calls promptlyt when we needed assistance. For example, stove top was complex to operate but like with all mechanicals NO instructions are provided which resulted in needs to call her on Christmas Eve to prepare dinner However, Gina’s wish to help could not undo the deficits of what should have been a luxury unit throughout For example, all appliances are in serious need of replacement But beyond that, maintenance of them was lacking. I’ve never had to wash out the frig of a luxury rental before or attempt to ameliorate the mold and strong mildew in the dishwasher. (And I’m not even a neat freak) Another area of difficulty is that this is really a 3 bedroom unit by U S standards the tiny 4th bedroom appearing to be a 6 ft section of a second master suite which was walled off. No window. I was surprised that only one review had mentioned that fact Lastly, there were no cooking ingredients at all except for salt and pepper. And no measuring cups or spoons existed. That seems unacceptable to me in light of the fact that is is not a sub marginal motel room On the positive side , the setting has a lot to offer and is delightful. There are many water activities available nearby with kayaking and whale watching being particularly enjoyable. Plus the culinary and cultural activities are inviting The layout of the unit has good potential if it were advertised as a 3 bedroom It is certainly a nice arrangement in the building it is in It is unfortunate that the actual owners have neglected some very basic maintenance issues. It could be completely outstanding.

Great views, beautiful grounds, close to everything, great communication with owner

This was an amazing vacation, 8 of us shared this gorgeous condo which is very spacious, well equipped, close to shopping (Starbucks on the corner and Walmart/Sams Club and a bunch of restaurants within walking distance). The owner is very easy to work with and the views are spectacular, you will not find better views anywhere in P.V. sky divers and parasailers land on the beach, gorgeous sunsets and sun rises and whales. We also saw baby turtles hatch on the beach below near the private beach palapas. We took advantage of the on site spa services and got $20 USD 1 hour massages almost daily. I debated back and fourth between 4 and 5 stars, why you ask? My only complaint is the crazy extreme security, which may be ok for Americans that are worried about the bad things that can happen in Mexico. I guarantee you that you will feel VERY VERY SAFE HERE, The security required taxi drivers show ID to get in the gate and they basically stalked us the entire trip, we had to wear fluorescent wrist bands that could not be removed for any reason for 2 weeks which was a real bummer but did make us feel safe. Security is 24/7 and they also function as concierge so that was nice but it became kind of a headache to be constantly watched. You will not be disappointed here but now that I left a good review it will never be available for us when we want to come back.

Amazing View

Thank you for having us! We enjoyed our stay at the Peninsula Tower III, 14D. The view for this place is the highlight! Everything that we need was available to us. Cooking breakfast with the incredible view was fantastic! The location was great, everything was walking distance (La Isla Shopping Center, Restaurants). The reason I gave 4 stars is that the unit has older appliances, furniture and also you could hear your next door neighbor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Penninsula. Thank you. Eva

Million Dollar Views

We stayed in this well equipped spacious condo for four weeks. It has million dollar views, fabulous pool and grounds with plenty of lounge chairs. It is a great location, mid-way between downtown and the Marina, and walking distance to many restaurants. Owner is wonderful to work with and was quick to respond to any questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
